Does anyone else get the following message when they try and view details of their order on My O2?

This information is not available at the moment. Please try again later.

Just wondering about payment now! My bank in the past have blocked purchases they think are suspicious and I have had to phone up to authorise it then put the payment through again.

What happens if this happens again with this purchase? Will it delay my iPhone delivery? I'm guessing Apple will email me and I with need to phone my bank then phone Apple to try again?

The problem I think is the card I am using hardly every gets used so every purchase is suspicious :D

Just received an email from Envirofone offering me an extra 7 days extention. Its the first one I did without the code so will see if I get another tomorrow. Seems to arrive 7 days after agreeing to sell your phone. I have agreed to sell my iPhone 6 Plus to a family member they are paying me less than what envirofone but you have to give a family discount. Plus I know it will go to a good home ;)

To be honest with you.. on one hand I understand your frustration and indecision.. it took a bit of time for me to figure out which size to go for (having had a 6.. i figure the jump to 6s+ is less than a straight jump from 5s to 6+ last year.. anyway, i digress)....

I'm a little disappointed when people buy / reserve so many phones only ever intending to keep one. In my mind, it's unnecessary greed. I don't want this to turn nasty, so I hope you're not offended...

It's just... by sucking up those 3 other handsets, you and others who do the same are potentially preventing someone else from getting the device they want and maybe having to settle for a different colour / capacity... it just doesn't seem right.

That said, I hope you manage to figure out which device to keep.. and I hope it all works out :)

Couldn't agree more. While I appreciate some people may be unsure which size they really want, I view people ordering more phones than they need in the same way as those who go instore and buy multiple phones just to sell them on at a premium later.

These things are in short enough supply already and people ordering more than they need to either test out the sizes / colours, or in case one is a dud, or because they won't get delivered early enough in the day for them to be first with the phone are just denying others of a phone they might actually want.

As an aside, I just jumped for 6 Plus last year and never looked back. And I don't feel I have unusually large hands. I've never put it in a back pocket and sat on it then blamed Apple for making a weak phone when it bends, I've never had it slip unceremoniously from my hand while using it and I think it's a good size for previewing photos and videos to see if they're keepers. Plus all the way for me every time. Although if it ever goes any bigger I might have to reconsider.

Just let them know before hand. Two years back I made an upfront payment for my phone (only £200) and it failed. I had to call the bank for them to remove the block and then got it done. Not sure about the order process with Apple though, can't see them being dismissive and just cancelling the order. But like I said, if you pre-warn the bank it should be ok.

So Spigen saying 6 and 6+ cases are not compatible with the 6s or 6s+.

Just wondering of the interim case I bought is going to fit then. It's Spigen and the it states Plus in the title.

Guess they're selling + cases already?

The actual one I want isn't available until the 30th.

I posted about these cases on another thread but basically I ordered the liquid crystal one and was deeply disapointed. Sent it right back for a refund. The quality was rubbish not even worth 10p and the case size to me fitted my 6 so I wasn't even sure if it would fit the 6s.

I bought the same, but it says on Amazon, that it is for the S+. So now I shall wait and see if the packaging says the same...

Does state 'Sold by Spigen' so we should be 'ok'.

Well, mine was sold by Keep in Case so I am not so sure, it will be ok. If not, it is still time to return it and get one straight from Spigen.

Has anyone who upgraded through O2 had their tariff updated yet? I thought it happened quite quickly but mine hasn't changed yet!

Tried to change delivery from home to a pick up point but just been informed this is not an option! I could have cancelled and re ordered but it's a plus model and I'm not waiting 3-4 weeks!
Looks like it's a days holiday then.
On a side note, anyone used music magpie? Seem to be offering £20 more than Envirophone for my sons 5s.

With regards to Envirofone does the seven day extension relate to when they need the phone by?

For example mine needs to be with them by the 23rd. Would I get until the 30th to send it back?

Thanks!

Well until the phone is dispatched so a day before is when my tariff changed
If you get it on launch date then it will take affect then, if not then it will take affect after dispatch.
They can't charge you for a phone plan that you won't and can't have, so charges won't apply before the 25th.

Ordered the iPhone 6S Plus 64gb on Saturday, managed to sneak in on time for the release date. Enjoyed catching up with everyone's updates.

Apple silicone case, in white, has just arrived! Seems silly to state but it feels like a big phone, currently have an iPhone 6 64gb so as others have said not a huge jump.

Can't wait for all the posts on release day, it's great fun watching as each persons phone arrives.
