it is the same build as 10.1 beta 5 so the bug isn't fixed. I have been using Beta 5 since last wednesday and it keeps sticking on 3g and I will have to turn airplane on and off to connect to 4g again.

I've had no problems whatsoever using my 7+ on AT&T this past week and a bit. The only time I've lost LTE has been in a bad reception area. None of this rebooting, resetting, turning stuff on & off etc. Not looking forward to going back to the annoyance of Three.

Has anyone asked for any sort of compensation off the three network uk?
I might try messaging them..

I tried..received the following from the Executive Office:
"We provide 4G coverage at no extra cost and as you’ve still been able to use the 3G network, we would not look at offering any credits for this matter"

My 7+ seems much better since upgrading to the public release of iOS 10.1 yesterday. Today is the first time I have seen 4G in my office (which I always had on my 6) and it seems to be holding too. Hopefully 10.1 has fully fixed the issue. Anyone else still having issues on the 10.1 public release?

When I spoke to level 3 technical at three. I thanked them for their honesty as regards admitting there is a problem, and that they have a solution on it's way. He returned by thanking me for being patient while they make a fix, and as a goodwill gesture, put a credit on my account for a month's worth of contract cost.

I think the key in all situations is to remain polite. Certainly worked in my case.

My 7 plus seems to be switching between 4G and 3G and vice versa depending on signal strength. 4G speeds are quite low when I'm at home but they were on my iPhone 6 also. Will run a speed test later when I'm out and about to see how it performs on 4G.

Edit: Just been in to town and my phone switched to 4G with no problems. Ran a speed test and I'm really happy with the results. It's not as good as this all the time but I think I can safely say that there are no issues with my phone regarding the 4G/LTE signal.

Ohh nice thanks..
Three network compensation green light..

Anyone on a 7 who had 10.1 public beta 5 actually seen a general release of 10.1 show up as available?

Not that I'm aware of. The build numbers between Beta 5 & 10.1 general release are the same (14B72c) so there would be nothing to update to if you were already on Beta 5.

So far it's looking good. All the things I would do previously to get stuck on 3g no longer do. It moves back to 4g like my wife's iphone 6.

Moving around the country today. In and out of coverage, 4g areas and super voice and it picks up the best speed it can. Currently in an area of low signal strength on both 3g and 4g and its on 4g.
