I asked a friend who works high up in UPS. It means they can't allow the customer to collect the package before a delivery attempt, leave it with a neighbour, or change the delivery address.
Getting impatient now - its been less then 15 miles away since Saturday, and I'm not going to get it until Thursday by the looks of things...
And by the way, others earlier in the thread were tracking their packages in Feltham - that just means Heathrow.

I remember when my first MBP (2009 Core 2 Duo 13") was being shipping to me by UPS I called them and asked if I could come collect it instead of delivering it. They said yes
I suppose it's just in the hands of customs to get around to processing the cage/store that has our items in. Fingers crossed that they will go to the courier overnight tonight and be out for delivery tomorrow...
