I have to have a little laugh at the number of students buying the MBPR - it's a surprising number considering how hard it must be (financially) to be a student these days. I'm reminded of my (Comp Sci) degree (91-95) and out of a graduating class of maybe 40 people, perhaps 3 or 4 had laptops. Everyone else relied on the labs.
Anyway, I digress. Just glad that Apple's still around as when I was a student they were on the brink of going out of business, and if you'd told me then that they'd be This Big and This Successful in 2012, I'd never have believed you![]()
This is very true. I also work quite a lot both in study time and after I have finished. I'm a very good saver and don't really buy 'typical' student stuff. (alcohol!)
There's no way I'd pay the full price though, so paying £3.5K a year does have its benefits
