My delivery estimate has moved forward a day to tomorrow after arriving for merging today.

Hope they hit that target.

Hi my RMBP was shipped on the 23rd and the estimated delivery date is next monday is there a high possibility that it could be here on friday or saturday?
 
Hi - the macbook pro retina is my first apple product, I'm not used to waiting for hardware delivery :)

Anyway, I ordered on 02-Jul-2012, the laptop was shipped on 22-Jul-2012, and delivery is due on 27-Jul-2012. In my shipment notification email, the carrier name is given as "Syncreon Technology". However, I am not able to track my order online with the reference number "8XXXXXXXXX": upon entering that number at syncreon.com, and also entering the 10 digit additional order number, I receive a popup box informing me that "No data could be found with the Order and Sales Order No entered. Please try again."

Does Syncreon Tracking work for you right now?

Ok, so tracking is done at expo.expeditors.com :)

My last few entries are:

27-Jul-2012 14:00:00 GMT Requested Delivery Date
25-Jul-2012 16:54:00 GMT Delivered to Consignee BOBRYK
25-Jul-2012 14:16:00 GMT Out for Delivery goldstar
25-Jul-2012 12:00:00 GMT Import Customs Release

Can I expect delivery on Friday, or maybe even tomorrow? It's an EDU order, by the way.
 
Ordered mine over the phone with education discount on the 29/06/2012
rMBP 2.3/8/256 but also ordered a thunderbolt display and wired keyboard.

Hi all, just to let you know that the tracking number you use on expo only starts to work with UPS after it arrives with them; presumably when your status changes to "Delivered to Consignee". Mine says: "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." on UPS at the moment! Very excited.
 
Wow I got a UPS tracking number and my delivery date has changed from the 27th to the 26th. :D I'm gonna be sitting at the window all day waiting for this.
 
Another one here with a revised delivery date, was 27th now due today!!.. Finish work today for 10 days, result :D

Does anyone know what time UPS class as "End of day"? It's being delivered to a business address rather than my home.

I really should stop checking, I'm just dragging the day out!! It arrived at the Manchester depot at 04.05 then the delivery van left the depot at 04.25!!
 
On the 2 tracking numbers for the voucher and for the laptop it says they are on different vans surely that cannot be the case??

I like everything about Apple and their devices except their pricing, they just dont know how to set a limit, and just keep increasing their prices without any control, they seriously need to do something about it!

Mm it's so lovely, just fiddling about with it, going to try and set up virtual box, the screen is so nice & immersive! Only played Left 4 Dead 2 so far but it's great!

Taking a little getting used to the keyboard, it seems tiny compared to the body and the palm rests are huuuuuge haha

Mine was the same, yet both packages arrived on the same van. It's something to do with the way they scan stuff at the depot; they don't literally scan it as they put it onto the van - and I doubt the van started delivering at 05:15 let alone 03:00 :eek:

Cheers for that had this vision of getting just a voucher and then having to wait for the rest of the day for the actual laptop!
 
Oh, and just a heads-up for those due to receive their rMBPs today (and tomorrow for that matter). If you're planning on grabbing your free u/g to ML as the first thing you do, then forget it. If you haven't been reading the ML threads, then you won't know that Apple are quoting "up to 72 hours" to be sent your Redemption Code after filling out the claim form - as Diana Ross sang, I'm still waiting :mad:

Thanks for that I've just submitted my request, if my rMBP arrives tomorrow I'll have less time to wait for the code.

I would have thought putting a code in the box might have stopped the need for this.

So a £70 code for an online service they have to post to you with your order, however a code for an OS upgrade you can claim online and then they will send you the code.

Yeah, silly isn't it? Why they couldn't print the code on the invoice (which already has your serial no. on it) is beyond me.

The only possible reason I can think is that this would oonly work for people buying direct from Apple - either on-line or in-store - and not from resellers, e.g. Best Buy (in the US). People who bought from BB are asked to scan their invoice as proff of purchase and attach it to the claim form.
