Oh, and just a heads-up for those due to receive their rMBPs today (and tomorrow for that matter). If you're planning on grabbing your free u/g to ML as the first thing you do, then forget it. If you haven't been reading the ML threads, then you won't know that Apple are quoting "up to 72 hours" to be sent your Redemption Code after filling out the claim form - as Diana Ross sang, I'm still waiting
Applied for mine literally as soon as it was available yesterday; still waiting.
Still rMBPro is out for delivery later today so they could arrive at about the same time. Fingers crossed!

Does anyone know what time UPS class as "End of day"? It's being delivered to a business address rather than my home.
Same happened to me, date changed yesterday evening from 26th to 27th, and it was already delivered at 10 AM this morning (to Durham, of all places). Look forward to getting home today

Mine just arrived and it is pixel perfect. Just updating everything and hoping the Mountain Lion redemption code comes through.
Congrats man hopefully mine won't be too far behind and it will be pixel perfect as well without black marks or anything else bad.
Mine merged in no time at all a few hours from memory last night and it's out for delivery today.

Just did the mountain lion redemption code and will do a clean install using usb once it has been processed.
My 2007 machine feels like Wall-E and the new retina is like EVA =) hehe
Mine has just changed to out for delivery to apple in the last 10 min. Might want to check yours.

I was horrified to see a speck I thought was dead pixels, turned out to be some dust haha, not one thing seems to be wrong with mine yet, we should start making threads to say how great they are, unlike all the moaning ones on here!
Battery does seem to deplete and recharge quickly but it's probably because I've got the screen brightness just over half and the wifi on and using programs.

It's being delivered to Rochdale.
I have the feeling that they was 2 pallets of MBPs on that flight, one got through customs quicket than the other one and they could be arsed waiting.
Hope it's all perfect for you and you enjoy your new laptop.
All looks good so far no dead pixels as far as i can see and no marks or blemishes and the screen is crystal clear

I don't have my £70 EDU card though....anyone received theirs and where was it?...separate package?
The machine itself is impeccable - there was a worrying dark spot on the unibody, just under the trackpad, but I've managed to rub that off.
Screen, of course, is incredible. No dead pixels.
