I don't understand why it's so difficult. The iPhone I'm trying to unlock isn't even associated with a line with a waived ETF. I paid the ETF for that line and the final bill, and AT&T is still telling me that the special unlock team can't resolve the issue. You would think someone at AT&T could just look at the account, confirm that everything is paid, and then call someone at Apple to whitelist the IMEI for unlocking.
Just trying to confirm... They take iPhones under AT&T contracts right?I just used swiftlocks took less then 2 days
Ported out of ATT yesterday. ETF is supposed to be waived ( because of the unlimited data price increase). Going round and round with ATT and getting all my unlock requests denied. Finally ordered through swift unlocks. Will see how it goes.
Has anyone got an at&t 6S under contract unlocked recently by a 3rd party service? I can't figure out which ones are real or fake on ebay. Any recommendations? Also what does it mean to turn off an icloud block? Does that mean disable icloud on all my phones/ipads/macs? Thanks.
I used swiftunlocks.
They're good and legit.
Did you use swift unlock or swift unlocks? Is this the correct one? https://www.swiftunlocks.com/unlock/at-t-iphone-6-6plus-6s-6splus-premium

Because paypal is not taken by another other stores except for ebay. It seems a lot like bitcoin. Also that website says they take credit card, but they really don't, they only take paypal. Anyways I signed up for paypal and paid for a swift unlock this morning. So far didn't get any acknowledgement email or update.

I need to pick up a new sim card somehow before I can finish the unlock process..Personally I been using PayPal for over 10+ years. And yes it's accepted in millions of websites besides eBay. No problems with PayPal and a few times when I had to request a refund they handled it great.
And you also have your credit card protection there so your $9.99 should be pretty safe there scrooge mcduck
Also I wouldn't lie when I said I used swifts services many times over the years and as late as a month ago with no issues.![]()

Yes, I always had a tmobile sim I bought on eBay for $1 just to test out unlocks when I was with AT&T iPhones.

Can't you do a hard reset and restore in iTunes to see the unlock message, or is that only for old iphones.
Well if in the order form it says unlocked I guess I am good to go then?Yes, that's an option too but I heard that it doesn't always display that message on iTunes even though when the phone becomes unlocked.
