To those having issues with the FAN discount my friend processed, I had at least one person tell me that the discount isn't showing but he called ATT and they said they could see it. Also, when I had a fan on my account (we don't have it anymore since my fiances work pays for our lines) it took one full billing cycle for it to show up. This was the 21% Best Buy discount. That said, I know the majority of discounts that were processed through me have been working fine. Unfortunately, I cannot comment furhter, since that is all I know.
If you have called ATT and even they say that the discount is not present, please text me the following info:
Full Name
Phone number
Date of processing (this would have been the day we discussed adding the discount ia text)
I will see what I can do as far as having my friend check on that. If he can't do anything we will get you taken care of either way.
Unfortunately, I think I am going to have to cease fan discounts for any new people. I thought I could help out and be the middle man, but it just isn't working. I neither have access to the accounts getting the FAN discounts added, nor am I the one doing the discounts, so I just end up being the messenger. I didn't expect this to be this much of a hassle, but it's clearly not working, and I hate to tarnish my reputation as a result of failed promises.
As I said, to those who we got started on the process, we will get you taken care of. For everyone else, I am sorry but I am no longer going to offer help in that field. I will see if my friend has interest in posting here, though he didn't want people going directly through him in the first place.
