Hopefully iMac price will stay the same in Australia - as @TechZeke just mentioned, prices just dropped $100 US in the US store, so I doubt they could justify hiking the iMac price again!

Apple is ruthlessly against taking exchange rate losses. Look at the Apple TV - $109 after the recent price drop! The US market got a price drop...and we got the same price...even though it's a terrible look for marketing.

If Apple did this on purpose because they are bringing Skylake CPUs, this is truly genius! If they did it by accident and they are bringing Broadwell, then this is one of the worst moves ever!
