Mine is at my local depot but doesn't say anything about it being held for pickup. Traffic is a bit insane so I won't attempt to go there until 10 or so anyway so I'm watching to see if it actually gets on a delivery truck.

I guess I'm kind of in the same boat. Was going to leave soon so I could be there when they open at 8:30, buuuuut I guess I should wait :confused:
 
Mine still says hold for pickup but no longer shows the pickup location like it did before and when I click live chat it shows my home delivery address for destination. I have initiated a chat session and it came up less than a minute for estimated time right away which was like 10 minutes ago LOL

Yea I was trying to initiate a chat before and had the same issue. Not sure whats going on right now.

They are probably tired of dealing with Apple Watch delivery questions so don't respond when they see it's a delivery from Apple.

Chat time now shows estimated time 2 mins after noting less then a min for like 15 mins. WTF, ha!
 
Should I be concerned at this point? I'm stuck on Origin Scan and its 8 AM EST.

You're probably fine. The updates are delayed sometimes.

Finally got someone on chat that confirmed it is going to my local center for pickup and just updated that it's way there now from arrival city.
 
My Status did change once the hold for pickup went through. Now patiently waiting an hour until it opens :D

I requested that it be held at a customer center - but it says it's "on vehicle for delivery" which is the customer center at the location it was arrival scanned at (or at least, same city).

I assume it's not ready for pickup until it says it's been delivered there?

Seeing the same thing on mine. Says its in Salt lake City, but mine is showing that second departure scan as well. Doesn't open til 8AM so I still have ~two hours for it to do something lol.
 
I have a feeling tracking might be behind. My 5:33pm origin scan didn't show up in tracking till sometime between 11pm and 2:30am.
 
The exact moment after I posted, it changed to Ready for Pickup at my local depot. It missed every tracking point in between Harrisburg and here haha
Yeah mine said in transit from Harrisburg at 519pm yesterday and hasn't said anything since. So this is promising. Maybe we are in the same pallet.
 
Mine arrived at the hub and the status changed to ready for pickup, but when I went to the customer center, it turned out that it wouldn't get shuttled from the hub to the customer center until noon. So, no watch for me until after I get off work. YMMV

Nevermind I get it now. Lame they noted RFP when it really wasn't.
 
Got the ready for pickup e-mail earlier this morning. Arrived at the hub and they've punted it. Been waiting a half hour and they can't find it anywhere. There are three other lost souls waiting with me. This will be the last time I try this. Sure wish mine had come FedEx this time. This is the first time I've had an Apple shipment via UPS.

Sorry to hear, wonder if it went out for delivery by accident. Hope I have better luck.
