I was not able to request a hold. My tracking page has a destination scan, no expected delivery dates and no on truck notification.
UPS customer service tells me the package is on the truck and will be delivered today but I am pretty much convinced it's not happening honestly, I expect a message at around 5PM telling me there's been a exemption and the parcel will be rescheduled for another day. I have had it happen before for other products.
Anyone have any experience with a situation like this, anything I can do to fix it with them to pick it up?
