UPS My Choice Held for Pick Up on 9/19

Question to all... I found my tracking # via reference number... but all it really says is a label was created....

I'm not sure if it's because it's only a label so far but It's not showing up in my UPS my choice page... only my iphone case shows up that was already delivered yesterday.
 
I had a little dilemma where both phones I ordered are coming separately, one with my name and one with my moms. I set both up for UPS will call then realized I might need her with me as well. I contacted UPS via live chat if there would be an issue if I come by myself and pick both up. The lady I chatted with said as long as my license matches the address on the boxes I can pick up both.

So for anyone in my same situation you should be good as long as everything is coming to the same house.

When I click change delivery, I log in, then am looped back to the tracking page, but when I click change delivery, it lets me...this is what I am looking at:

UPS told (at the hub) that once they have the package in their (UPS) hands, then they will "definitively" be able to verify WILL-CALL.

Hmmm, this is interesting, they say "this evening" on the exception, wonder if that is a mistake?

yea i'd try too though the package most likely will come in overnight. at least that's how they normally arrive in my city. the day of the delivery, it arrives around 3-4am then out for delivery around 7am.
 
When I click change delivery it just tells me to login (which I already was), so I login again and then this process just repeats. I'm never able to actually select anything and I have premium.

Just use contact, and initiate a chat, it's easier that way.
 
How do you know which UPS location your iPhone will be held at? There are ton of UPS stores. What type of places are packages held for pickup, UPS hubs?
 
Hold for pickup Oakland Ca on Pardee Dr. Question

This will be my first time picking up my iPhone in Oakland Ca on Pardee Dr. Can someone give me any insight on doing this in Oakland Ca?
It does say pickup is between 12:00pm and 7:00pm.

I think it would be the same as anywhere. Wait til your phone shows delivered and go in with your ID and you should be fine.
 
Are we certain that if the address on the license doesn't match that they will still allow for pickup?

Some say yes, but others say UPS told them otherwise.

If I were you, I would:

- Print out your order confirmation with your name and address on it. Take it with you as proof. (Maybe if it shows the last few digits of your card number on the receipt, you can bring that card as well.)

- Take along a utility bill with your name and address on it, assuming these both match. Utilities bills are tough to fake, and a lot of entities will take this as an alternative form of address verification. I had to do this a lot when we moved and my ID didn't match my address for a while.

I would think that if you supply both of these, any rational UPS worker would release the package.
 
I wish my local UPS sorting facility opened sooner. It doesn't open for will call pickups until 4:30. Not sure if I want to do that or risk UPS coming to my house at 7PM lol

I went ahead and did this because I have a UPS store next door to where I work. The process went well and I designated the proper location when I came to this part of receipt:

ESTIMATED DELIVERY: Monday, September 22, 2014

I swear I'm about to strangle someone if that's what is happening and I end up not getting it tomorrow as a result.. :mad:

Ouch, and I was complaining because mine doesn't open until 1pm. Sorry, bro. :mad:

Which option did you use? "Deliver to a UPS Access Point™" or "Hold for Will Call"
 
I'm planning on switching our 2 phones to Will Call pickup. The only problem is that my brother is the primary number on the account, so his name is on the packages. We live at the same address, so our addresses match, and we have the same last name.

Is there any chance they won't let me pick them up because my first name is different or is same household and last name good enough? My name is also the name the MyChoice account is registered under if that helps at all.

My brother wouldn't be able to go pick them up until Monday, and neither of the phones are for him anyway! haha
