Got UPS tracking this morning for both my and my wife’s phones. They both originate from Indiana though. 1.1lbs for her Pro. 1.3lbs for my Pro Max.
End of an era with shipments not originating out of China. No more waves of shipments, tracking UPS planes across the Pacific, etc.
you can pre-sign, but ultimately, its up to the driver to honor the pre-sign. If he thinks it is unsafe to leave your package, he will return and come back later.
I’ve pre-ordered the 17 pro, ultra 3, and AirPods Pro 3. I’ve gotten two tracking numbers and both originated in Indiana as well.
I've never had luck electronically signing or printing and physically signing the release and taping it my door. Drivers have always wanted to see me in person to sign in front of them and hand it off. I am sure it can vary driver to driver, but that's been my experience.

Same here. Order placed at 8 a.m. on pre-order day, but got stuck with the 9/25. Updated to 9/19 on Saturday.
In the past, UPS did not acknowledge pre-signing on iPhone launch day.
Only ordered the iPhone Pro. Got tracking number from FedEx yesterday afternoon. Weight is .45kgs and trade in kit is included with my phone.
Apple typically won't update the status until Wednesday or Thursday.
Did you order through Apple.com or your carrier's site?
I have some tracking information on UPS that says from AI in Tenn. It looks like it is for the Apple Watch 11
is it from AI? Unless you got extremely lucky I doubt it’s the phone it’s probably a case or something
He just had his order update from 9/25 to 9/19 moments ago and now thinks it’s already out for delivery? Trolling.
Plus, the sender is missing from the SS and the package is about half the mass of other Airs with tracking info in UPS already.
It’s probably just a case of MagSafe battery at then I do remember years ago someone got theirs a day or 2 early
That would be faster than last year if you got it today or tomorrow.
