I'm gonna wait till launch day, if its still 9/25 delivery at that point I'll just cancel it and go find one at an apple store.

Org 256 PM still at 9/24-29. Assuming my 'late' order because the store was swamped (spinning for ten minutes) did get me behind initial allocation.

No biggie but sure didn't expect them to fly off the shelf! Sliver Pro 256 worked fine and was 9/25 -> 9/19.

I wouldn't be surprised if they have already been in the country for a while and will ship from a stateside distribution center vs. direct to consumer from the factories in Asia.

Also ordered Apple Watch Ultra 3 and will be delivered on the 19th and it currently shows Preparing to Ship.

Hey all. First time ordering store pickup since i was late on Friday am. I did NOT notice an option to get a return kit like usual so based on experience, do i have to leave my phone with the store? I am just thinking out loud if i decide I don’t want the 17 and want my 16 back, i guess i am SOL? Thanks and sorry for derailing the ups posts!!

No tracking info yet. I usually can track by reference by now. I know Apple added some security so the order # minus last 2 digits may not work this year. My phone number in full or minus last 2 digits doesn't work either, Nothing shows in my UPS My Choice app. Deliveries app shows the phone but with no label created and no tracking info. location unknown. I do know that scans are often not accurate so who knows, it may be on the way. Not worried about getting it on Sept 19.

Does anyone know when trade in kits usually arrive? I have 2 watches being traded in and I see the trade in kit on the order but when I look at my IUP order I saw the trade in kit but now it’s not showing on the order?

I don't either and it's what I ordered thinking I might like it better in person. I have a clear case and an antique white one. Worst case, clear goes back and I order more cases with flair. Silver should be easy to match with cases of any color... I hope

Get the orange case for it. 🤪

I upgraded my My Choice membership and now only one package shows up of the many UPS packages I've received. Nothing from AI. I dread calling UPS.

Oh very good point - thinking back to last year when my 16 Pro delivery got "lost" by UPS.

The local UPS distribution warehouse in Ontario, CA lost track of it as soon the truck arrived from the SBD airport.

Here's my story:

• Apple couldn't help me and said it's up to UPS.
  Opened a case with UPS, nothing.
• Then after 5 days I filed a police report for the felony theft of $1000 item.
• Ontario police arrived at UPS the next day, and UPS magically found my phone.
• Delivered a week later with a generic box that had been opened and retaped.
• I think an employee or contractor was going to take it out of the country....
• Returned that delivery phone because I had already picked up the 16 Pro at the Apple Store on Saturday....

That was NOT fun.

This time, I have my backup ISPU so I'll keep that appointment just in case this happens again....

Im surprised UPS hasnt banned you for life after bringing cops to their warehouse 🤣
