My AWU3 that’s shipping from Clayton, IN is also 1.4 lbs. I wonder if that person ordered one of those as well?
I haven’t yet received any tracking info for the two 17 Pros I preordered. I’m guessing it’ll be tomorrow or the day after.
Nope. The only thing I ordered was the 17 PM (Cosmic Orange lol). No watch this year.
I ordered my Ultra 3 as soon as the presentation was over and got 9/24 delivery.

iPhone 17 Air got 9/25 but after I sent an email to Timmy, it got bumped to 9/19.
Not really worried about U3 - I want my Air on 9/19...

I opted for the Cosmic Orange for myself as well, and a Deep Blue for my wife, both 17 Pros. I was still running the AWU1, so I figured it’s time to upgrade that as well.

No. We need to real-world test; Apple calling it 8x in the wildly different world of iPhone cameras may be quite reasonable. The only thing that matters is the way the three 48MP cameras actually perform as a system. There is no direct comparison between the computerized 3-lens photography of an iPhone and a standalone camera with a single lens.
I'm in Hawaii, they could be playing it safe. I've been playing this preorder game for many years now, and have always gotten launch day delivery which for Hawaii I know is a achievement.
Fingers crossed, but still no tracking info yet, nothing on ups my choice, etc... Not able to look anything up via the old ways like we used to.
The two Air’s I ordered from Apple (no carrier, no finance) always stated 9/19 delivery but nothing in UPS MyChoice. Currently “preparing to ship.”

Nothing on the AWU3, still processing.

How’s peoples experiences with changing the UPS delivery to a UPS store pickup been?
Not sure if I can be home on Friday, I thought I’ve had the option to pre-sign a release with Apple or UPS but could be mistaken.

I don't know. But i did have to toggle "backup to iCloud" on MS Authenticator settings as it was off. Just did this a week ago while researching. Last year, I got stuck when I didn't do that right with the 16PM and I had to redo all my MFA on that app and it was all for work sites and apps. That sucked.
There are no more UPS CC, if you select a UPS store for pickup , you might possibly delay by a day or so.
I haven't done the UPS Store pickup - but from other past posts, what I remember is that it may add another day to your delivery as dropping off at a UPS store may be one of the last things the truck does before return to its hub. So you may not be able to pickup until the next day.
It may be worth the delay if you're worried about porch theft.
For those who already have a tracking number, could you please try tracking it by reference and let me know what “reference” is linked to your tracking number?

I don't have a tracking number, but I’ve been trying by phone number and email address so far. Nothing. I know last year it was, I think, the last 6 numbers of your order or something like that.
For the first year I'm doing in store pickup since the UPS CC stopped letting us pick them up. My UPS driver comes really late in the day and has a habit of kicking deliveries to the next day if he's running behind. It's so weird not to be able to track anything!
Interesting. From what I’ve heard so far, watches were coming from IN and phones were coming from TN
