The difference in weight is interesting. I just have a phone coming and my package is 1.3lbs. Is there a weight difference in the air used in packing materials? lol

Yeah I’m curious what will happen. I haven’t been charged still and I just am not sure how it will all go. I’ve searched by reference number and nothing. I used grok and it says it’s highly unlikely to come on time lol. Oh well but it is confusing a little. I don’t want to bug customer service I kind of doubt they can see much more than I can

We've had UPS leave them on the doorstep some years. As for the guy saying he does what the acanner says, wonder if it's a measure of neighborhood 'safeness'?

I saw the $1000 number but many phones are over that now. Also interesting they are saving shipping and including TIKs with IUP phones.

I’m wondering if inclusion of the trade in kit is the difference. My Apple email stated the trade in kit might be included with the phone or it might come separately. From another email, I can see that it is included with the phone. This could account for weight variances among pros from. There could be other factors, as well, of course.

All my 9 Watches and 5 iPhone 17's have all been marked as shipped by Apple and say they will be delivered 9/19. I had multiple watches and iPhones that had date ranges around Sept 23rd, Oct 3rd and Oct 10 which are now delivering 9/19.
