It's not looking good for me. My 17PM is still stuck in preparing to ship with disappearing arrival date since last night. No updates, no emails, no tracking. The charge for taxes and downpayment which initially posted on Tuesday is still in pending status. The option to cancel the order is no longer available. I'm afraid my delivery is getting pushed to October 😬 I'm one of those who ordered thru Apple within minutes of pre-order opening that got 9/25 then changed to 9/19. Now I don't even have a date😠

Carrier phone - can you contact Verizon to see if you can walk into a VZW store to pickup ??

Time to email Tim Cook. Someone from his exec team will call you and in my experience and the experience of many others, will rectify it. They've done it for me a couple of times when Apple messed up and wouldn't do anything to fix it. best of luck.

Really depends on where you are located and if the UPS driver sees it as safe to leave it.

I live in a gate community and every year the UPS driver leaves it on the doorstep.

But then I noticed that Apple (the shipper) has restricted options for leaving it without a signature:

That was the Apple of the past. They don't do that any more. I know "this wouldn't happen if Steve Jobs was alive" has become a joke but I believe he was much more customer-centered than Apple is now. Sure, he was interested in making a profit but his main focus was the end-user experience. They don't much care about that now. But Tim Cook's executive relations team is responsive and great as a last resort.

Is live tracking only for my choice premium? Every time I click the option it prompts me to login then says email not valid

My Apple Watch Ultra 3 flipped overnight to ready for pickup. I'm sure yours will flip as well. Apple is usually pretty good about keeping delivery promises.
 
I get to this screen for live tracking, Input my email and get the error “Please provide a valid UPS My Choice email or username.”

This was on a Friday, so I call customer support to complain, and they delivered it on Saturday 😅.

My experience too. UPS can decide to require a signature even if Apple doesn't. My UPS guys have been great until this one. He's a rude, aggressive brute. I'm worried he'll lie that he attempted delivery today but I refused it, like he did about a package my wife was expecting. That package was sent back the shipper. Many complaints filed with UPS, no action, no change. Did you know those drivers make over $100,000 a year according to their recent contract? I was waiting for a package from a large company, signature required, that my driver refused to deliver, had to chase him through the neighborhood for an hour and snag him at a stop to get my package. That large company said they would file a complaint. Don't know what happened with that. My wife and I both took the day off just so we could wait for this ass. Hope it goes more smoothly this time.

I think the blue and silver are pretty tame, though, and should appeal to a wider range of buyers.

About the only thing I’m not so sure how I feel about is the two tone appearance on the back. It looks different in some videos/camera shots than others. But, I also have found that every time I actually receive my new phone, it always looks more beautiful when I get it in hand than it did in videos. Every time.

I'm with you. I actually hate that big rectangle on the back. This is the first year I ordered a case that hides the whole back. I've always used clear cases so I could see the color I chose but I don't want to look at that back every day.

Mine made to Stafford and it’s Processing at UPS Facility since 6:14 am but not loaded of truck. In my case, some packages don’t show the Loaded on Delivery Vehicle and still get delivered. Still not out for delivery but the transponder is showing up already!!

Shows you how things really are subjective. I love the two tone design and want a case that highlights that haha
