ISPU this year only because of an upcoming vacation. However, based on some of your experiences this year, ISPU might be the way to go from now on for me.

I really enjoyed ISPU. I was in and done fairly quickly, and I loved the energy and excitement of the crowd.

That's correct the 800 number won't get you anywhere.

I have the direct dispatch phone numbers for all the UPS distribution centers (I used to run a business and ship restricted goods).

Delivery window of 11:30-3:30 Pacific time, and have been watching the map showing the truck circling in my neighborhood for a couple of hours now. Just reopened the UPS app and now the map isn’t showing. Delivery window hasn’t changed so crossing my fingers that our phones will be here soon.

For those of you that are doing trade-ins of your old phone, don't throw the box away that you received your new phone in. There is a label and cardboard sleeve in there to return your old phone. It wasn't like that last year.

I think it depends on whether or not they sent it separately. My order originally has the generic statement that the trade in kit could be included with the phone or could be a separate shipment. Later, it stated it would be included with the phone. Haven’t received the phone yet, so we’ll see.

Man, for the last few years the UPS always deliver iPhone on launch day after 5pm (or as late as after 7p). I left work early and home before 1pm and guess what, they attempt delivery at 12:50p and I don't see the UPS truck around my area. Now I tried to hold it at an UPS store so that I can go pick up afterwork on Monday but there is still no such option? They just said that they will redeliver on Monday (signature still require?).

Mine was freezing cold.
