Pre-Order prep is done, 256gb Orange Pro Max ready for Friday!
Still unsure about the color choice originally I was going to go with silver since I've been trying to slowly get all my devices silver or natural for a more stylish look but the back glass panel just looks too white in the hands on videos and in apples own photos. I guess worst case is I have to return it and get a different color in the future but no matter what it will be caseless as always! Plus a brighter color will be good for the daily game of finding my iPhone after I put it down and forget where I left it

Pro Max (11 through 16)...I've loved you for the big screen, but I'm all about thin and light with A19 Pro inside with a big screen.
And I'm going caseless for the first time since the OG iPhone in 2007.

Really wondering if I should go with an Air. At this point the Pro is overkill for my needs. I currently have a 16 Pro and would be happy to sit with it for another year, but the Air is tempting.
So you an only pre order through apple? I thought it did it with apple/T mobile year but the option doesn’t come up
Really wanted black this time around but went with deep blue iPhone 17 Pro 256GB. Wife is torn between the air and the Pro, we're on the iUP so we are both upgrading from the 16P.
No one wants large phones.
Yet if there was a market, the mini would still exist.

Deep Blue for me, I would have liked the pumpkin spice orange if it was polished like the Air was.

Completely agree. Last year I chose the Plus to be my first 16 and I think I was the only one in this thread that did so, at least I wasn't competing with anybody. But I still bought a Pro after the holidays ended and they restocked. However, this year is way different since everyone gets 120 hz.
And 3000 nits peak, and AR coating! And thin bezels! Joy to the world.
