I ordered mine on May 16th, they emailed me on May 18th to let me know that the outside leather color that I selected was out of stock and not expected to be refilled. I selected a different color and responded back on same day, May 18th. They responded back saying that the change would not delay my order (it was only 2 days anyways). The 35 days for processing would have put it three days ago. It was shipped yesterday and per Fedex will arrive at my doorstep Monday morning, 3 days from today. Gotta love it, they stayed with the schedule (within a day or two). I'm a happy customer. If it doesn't make it here on Monday, gotta blame Fedex, not Vaja.

Vaja Leather Agenda - Best Case Yet!

Actually, I got an email from FedEx with the tracking information. And now, as the tracking info has been updated, the delivery date has been pushed back to Wednesday. Oh well, what's another two days...
Here are the rest: (Coffee Bean and Friar Brown)
This case is everything I expected that it would be. The leather is perfect- it is so soft and smooth, the stitching seems top notch (although I am not a stitching expert), you can see the quality. The stands, both the short and long one's are done very well. They have a strap attached to each midway down that hides behind them that allows the flaps to be pulled out just the right amount to allow the iPad to stand up at the correct angle and provides plenty of support. The flaps will not fold up or "slide" out while in use (normal use). They have small magnets on the top corners of each flap so that they stay attached to the cover when not in use. My iPad fits perfectly into the case and I have no worries that it might "fall" out, very snug. The case is padded providing some protection. AND - it looks GREAT!
All in all - well worth the money that I paid for it. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Ack! Nice case! I ordered mine before you and they tell me it's still in production. I'm glad I went with the coffee bean - I can't wait to see it with the reed yellow accents.

Interesting! I went with Toffee & Brownie stripe. I expect mine tomorrow or so... This is my 3rd vaja case: 1st for an iPaq and the 2nd for an iPod Touch 2g, latter with same colours. I had a Sena for another iPaq but it is in a different league. I ordered it for 200 + 20 at same time I ordered the iPad.

Got the FedEx e-mail yesterday indicating delivery for Wednesday. Then this morning an automated call from FedEx indicating delivery before 10:30 am Friday. I'll post pics whenever it arrives. Nautical blue with black strip.

I am just about to make a purchase I think and would love to see a few more photos of some of the colors... I know it's a bit of a hassle to take photos and get them up onto the site but it would be WAY helpful to me before making such an expensive purchase... :-/
I am most specifically interested in figuring out of I should go with a brown combination or black. I have a black iphone case from them and love it but wanted to mix it up... although I want to stay away from browns that look overly evenly colored and dyed -- I like something a bit more natural looking.
The photos of the coffee bean looked nice..

Vaja just released a new updated case last week as improved and less expensive than original Leather Agenda. The total profile is thinner making it easier to slip the iPad into a carry case. Also, the case seems to lock in the horizontal position with tabs so the case is less apt to slip on different surfaces. I would not have found this case except that my 1st order got cancelled by Vaja because the charge did not go thru, but a call to my charge company confirmed the charged was pre-approved. According to Vaja, the case needed to be reordered. During this time last week, Vaja released this new updated case for $ 220 USD, no customization, but plenty of 2 tone color selections. The construction and detailing look exquisite and cannot wait the 45 days for fabrication. I hope this IS the right case and will post any updates.

I finally got my delivery notification. Looks like Wednesday will be the end of a long wait!! I'll post a review and pictures once I've given it the rounds.
