Vaja Leather Agenda - Best Case Yet!

Vaja's Dwindling Choice of Colors
Has anyone noticed that Vaja's choice of leather color......for the agenda had been dwindling steady for a while now. Some folks were even told the color they ordered was no longer available. I've been watching this for some time and wonder when they will be replenishing their stocks!

Do you recall the date you placed your order? I ordered mine on May 24th so I hope this comes soon.
I placed my order on May 15th...so your wait should be on a final countdown. I did get an update today that delivery will now be on Friday (as the previous posters got too). Hopefully it will still be Wed, but at this point I guess I'll be fine since I've become numb to the wait
! To those that received theirs already... How are impressions a month in? Still high reviews...better/worse?

I emailed Maria last night and got an email first thing this morning, 10 more days. Good lord this is becoming painful.
Just hope my case comes before Apple upgrades the iPad! [just kidding--mostly . . .]
Here's a question for anyone . . . how many cases did you buy while waiting for your Vaja? (I am at 4 now)
Still on on my Apple Case from launch day. Its getting pretty tired at the seems and creases though.

It arrived yesterday, here are a few pics. The fit and feel is very nice, love the feel of the leather. I'm very impressed, well worth the wait. It's beautifully made. Ordered this on June 30th, so it came early.

I ordered mine on May 14 and got the confirmation my card was billed on May 18. It showed up on July 1.
I had initially ordered May 13 but then realized there was the 15% MACSTORIES coupon code floating around. After a couple of e-mails with Maria at Vaja, I had to cancel my initial order and re-order. Maria is very quick (1-2 hours) to get back via e-mail. Overall, very pleased with this case and Vaja.

Loving the blue case. Grey looks a little bland. Just my opinion.

i currently have a tuff love napa leather case and I want a vaja case my only question which I can not get a answer too is if the vaja case has some sort of close button snap or velcro or anything to keep the case closed when its shut

Well, it Finally Made it!!! I am impressed with everything about it...workmanship, construction, the fit, the feel of the leather, and yes...the smell

When closed and lying flat, how wide of a gap do the stands in the front flap create? Do they rest directly against the screen?
I ordered mine on May 12th.
They rest on the screen for the most part. There is a slight gap that may go away once the leather gives in a bit. The way it is now doesn't make me worried at all though.
Have you contacted Maria about shipping? I had to have a few emails with her to feel confident that it would make it. (Mine ordered on May 15)

I can get a very nice leather brief for work for $200. You can't tell me that the cost of this tiny piece of leather material to cover the iPad is coming anywhere near the retail that they are asking. Typically, when you see this type of price, you are paying for the name as well. I don't think people are thinking about the name Vaja when the topic of leather goods is at hand.
Nice case for sure, but $200? Forget about it. Even half that would be stretching it.
