I was having trouble ordering and I took screenshots. Although they didn’t ask me for them it was sufficient for them to make it up to me.
I had the same issue last year it was not fun but this year they worked fine.

Had to wait until later today to pre-order (sigh) Ship/delivery date is now 10-3. The eye roll is real.

They always send mine UPS. I heard (not necessarily from a official source) that they use UPS mostly but FedEx in areas where UPS isn’t as cheap? Reliable? Prevalent?
The Verizon app worked flawlessly. Literally completed order at 3:02 EST.

Go to Support - the ? bubble on the top right corner. Type your question at the bottom where it says Tell us what you need.
I got on the website on my Mac, got the phone in my cart, went through the screens and then it froze up on me. I switched to Safari and then it worked! Got my order in at 2:04 am. Sept 21 delivery. SG Xs 256 gb.
I don’t feel like there’s as many people on here as there was last year. Maybe it’ll pick up once shipping starts
I got the XS Max in gold and I’m coming from and iPhone 8 Plus so I don’t think the size will be much of a change I’ll just have to get used to not having a home button, which I don’t mind because I’m kind of getting sick of Touch ID not working half the time. Any of you have a X think not having a home button is better?
Same I had to cancel mine because I ordered the Xs at first smh after all these years I still managed to mess it up hopefully we get a week or 2 push up as normal
You’re not going to miss it. Going from the 7 to the X was like leaping into the future.
Face ID is infinitely better than Touch ID. The OLED screen is amazing and makes the old LCD screens look horrible. You won’t regret it.
(I have a X and an 8 Plus. I regret that purchase since after a little less than a year it’s only worth $400 in trade in value. I wish I waited for the Xs Max.)
