Interesting.... I have a friend that has a ship date of October 3, I wonder if his will move up at some point this week as well.

These will come in waves, not all accounts have been charged yet. Some more will happen today, tomorrow and Wednesday. Once your account is charged, you should get tracking notification within 24 hours, but sometimes it takes longer.

My father’s XS Max (512, SG) has shipped, with a delivery of Friday. My XS Max (256, Silver) hasn’t. My phone was the BOGO phone and was added on later by phone reps who said that I’d still get it 9/21. That model hadn’t even sold out yet when I ordered. There was about an hour difference between his order and mine.

His is shipping to California and mine to Arizona. Idk if that has something to do with it, but Verizon’s order page for my phone never showed a ‘Delivery Date’ like his did and while his was invoiced last night, mine still hasn’t been. I’m worried that it’s been delayed or something happened. On the hold with Verizon now. :(

verizon chat says old one has to be turned in within 15 days which is what i would expect, but i never trust carrier reps.

They don't give you long at all. My last phone I chose to trade in, they sent me the box and a few days after I activated my phone I was getting emails to turn my phone in. I decided to keep it and just pay it off on my next bill. I believe they put it on your bill pretty quickly to pay off in full.

S ugar H oney I ce T ea!! My Fedex tracker says the package has left the FedEx facility and now in transit. It's not very far from me. I just might get this real soon (wishful thinking!!).

I did that a few years ago when my 7+ was delivered. The box just sat in my office, staring at me while I worked.... teasing me lol.

Hahaha I'm so dead. This is a sad world for us humans but not my fault I was molded with anxiety in this century.

I came to work late for my 7+, told the boss I was running late but really cause I scheduled for UPS pick up at 8:30am lol.

I was told by the rep that the new line for the BOGO deal has not been added to my account, and that it takes longer than just an upgrade. I want to make sure, others who placed a BOGO order with two XS or XS Max devices, has your BOGO phone shipped?

I have a new account so I only have the order status link and both of mine haven’t shipped yet.

Same. I'm just happy to finally coming to Verizon. I had Sprint for the longest time and it was terrible. It's shocking because I live in the city (Manhattan) and service is still terrible!!!

For me, no. It only says "We received your order and it is in process."

I’m coming from att. Lately I been having issues with data speed here in the Bay Area. Verizon is about the same service cost wise so makes sense to switch. My status is the same and no charge.
 
So I called Verizon about waiving the fee and the guy told me that he it was too late to waive it and that I had to do it when I preordered. I havent even been charged yet. So to the people who got the fee waived: is this guy BSing me?

I didn't set the iPhone X I have now as new and I'm having some issues so my XS Max I will set up as new.

Funny thing that you say that, I was going to switch to AT&T but i heard service was not so great. That's why I went with Verizon.
Hopefully we get some updates today :)

I have tried 3 times and each one was a no-go. Last year I got it waived on the first try. When I tried yesterday the rep said I needed to wait until the charge appeared on my bill before it could be waived.
