I only got half of the fee waived ($15). Going to try to get another rep to waive the rest. But half is still better then nothing.
I’m going to try later. I got 3 new phones and got charged $90 and been a 20 year customer. Come on Verizon
I am running iOS 12 and it's great. I have already created some Siri Shortcuts to turn lights on/off/dim in my bedroom (watch out baby!) and to play some of my favorite songs in my library.
I added a line to get the BOGO and both have shipped with the same tracking number.
Same. Don't worry the phones will ship, you will be charged. They do this in waves.

How often does Verizon update their site with shipping info? Is it real time?
I have a watch that is pending, and a XS Max 512 that is processing. Since I'm bored and impatient I keep checking my orders on My Verizon. However if it's only updated once a day then I can give my thumbs a rest!

First rodeo for me but looking through previous years:
- Updates typically happen at night through early morning (US EST time).
- Goes from pending/processing to Shipped anywhere from Sunday to Thursday prior.
- Don't freak out.
- Ship date means delivery date for Verizon pre orders.
- Chat agents suck and know nothing.

My watches from Apple have shipped and the UPS app gave me my tracking numbers. They are coming from China. Scheduled for Friday delivery. My phones are still pending, no charge and got in and confirmed at 3:01am.
Currently being processed, bank account hasn’t been charged and expected date is still the same. I think it would be hilarious if the gold max came on Friday seeing as the expected delivery date is Oct.
I've had iPhones since 2007 and never not gotten on that Friday. I've had pending up until going to bed Thursday and still gotten it Friday. This is nothing to see here.

I had my order into Verizon with a confirmation email by 12:10am PST launch night. Rationally I know I’m getting the XsMax sg 256gb Friday. Irrationally I keep refreshing this thread and commiserating with others who’s order still says “pending”.
A chat rep told me 50% waived at first. I asked them again to waive the entire amount and they obliged. Just don't agree until they waive the entire amount.
I don’t see a lot of people being charged yet for the 64gb maxes. I ordered the gold 64 Max and haven’t been charged yet has anyone else?
Funny I assumed my UPS tracking number currently on Shanghai was my phone but it’s my phone. My watch is in Memphis with fedex
