I just received an email from Verizon to verify my email address.

New Customers: have you guys got this email too? This was kind of odd
 
Does anyone have a message from FedEx saying this?

It’s one thing to not have any tracking information, but this is a different message to me. My tracking number is a 12-digit number.
I got that message too when I first got my tracking number..give it about 24 hours before something shows.
 
I just got a text saying my watch is on it's way! I ordered my XS Max 256 Space Gray at about 4 am EST with Paypal last Friday but no movement there yet.
 
To everyone stuck in “processing,” make sure your account doesn’t have any pending changes like a plan adjustment. The system has to wait for those to clear before processing orders (it’s a one at a time arrangement).

Call and make sure, this happened to me but it was able to process and ship once the plan changes were put on hold.

So like, I cancelled the service on two Apple watches, so I’m cancelling two lines and it’s “pending” and goes into effect when my cycle refreshes on 9/25. What you are saying is they won’t ship me anything before 9/25 (even if I had my order in on time) because those line cancellations are pending?

I haven’t heard of this before. Can I call and make them cancel the lines effective today instead of the end of my billing cycle?
 
Ok let me remind everyone what happened last year with the iPhone X deliveries. Many of the phones did not leave the FedEx facility they sat in until the day before scheduled delivery. In some situations it was very late at night the day before delivery before movement started. Heck I even remember some people didn't see movement until the crack of dawn the day of delivery and still the phone arrived on-time! So here we are Wednesday and Friday is delivery date. Don't freak out if you don't see movement today or tomorrow.
 
As of this morning my Pending Order immediately went to shipped and its in Memphis. Hold for future delivery 9/21. So I assume it was already at the Fedex HQ.

I’d tell them to cancel service changes and then make the changes once you have a tracking number.

Yep and you probably won't see any movement until late tomorrow night or very early Friday morning.

Yep. Apple gives Verizon a huge shipment before launch day. They sit in their depot before being sent out regionally. So all these reps saying “Apple says it will ship on day x” have no idea what’s going on. Apple has nothing to do with it.

I just went in to our account, 799.99 is what a we get charged too (we only have 5 on our account). I pay the extra $30 and take the one-year...that way I can avoid insurance and get to upgrade yearly. For a one year my Max was $829.99.

Subsidies VERY much exist on the Business side. My 64Gb Max was $649 plus tax all upfront. 2 year contract.

For the past several phones its been $450. Which would work on your example of $799 for the 256 as well.

Thanks. I just finished chatting with a Rep after I saw your message to check my account and to inquire about my using Apple Pay. He said,

"I see here that there are actually no reasons for us to worry about the shipment as there are no pending changes on your account. And also everything have been approved and processed successfully and as per the system here it shows that the expected delivery date is still is on 9/21, this Friday.

Also it says here the item is already being prepared for it to be sent to our courier. So we can expect that we might receive an email with the tracking number either today or tomorrow. Once it is already with our couriers."

So fingers crossed my Apple Pay goes through. :D
 
I hope I didn't screw myself. I noticed that my bill was due yesterday and my autopay was not scheduled to go out until the 20th. I "paused" autopay and made a manual payment yesterday. It is marked "Paid" on my account but the money has not left my account yet. Does that count as an "account change?" I ordered an hour after the preorders went live because the website was so unresponsive and kept crashing.
 
If I don't get charged by tomorrow morning, Im canceling my order and waiting outside Apple. This is ridiculous
 
Well here is some good news after my Apple Pay decline and losing my shipping date. I just chatted with a rep that said in his system it says my order has shipped and will be delivered on the 21st and I will receive shipping info later today.
 
This thread has kept me sane during the order status waiting process so thank you ! Lol anyway ,

Woke up to an email from vzw with FEDEX tracking number and a delivery date of 9/21 before 3p. Yay! I ordered on 9/14 at 12:10am through the APP, iMax 256gb Gold with the bill me in my Bill option.

Can’t wait !
 
I'm in the same boat is many of you. No CC charges yet as of this morning. My two XS MAX SG 256g orders show "pending" on the App and "processing" on the computer. With a message, "your order is currently processing and will ship soon." Still says 9/21 delivery.

Ordered the same phone, same situation. When did you order and did you pay with Apple Pay?
