Yeah to be fair, I ordered at like 9am EST. Nevertheless, were 2 days before delivery day and I haven't been charged....Order was complete at 12:28am PST, confirmation email received at 12:51PST. Paid with Credit Card on file with Verizon.

Anyone else having problems signing in online rn? Stuck in a loop where it asks me to sign in, then asks for a code, but it doesn't send it. I click the button that says send code, and it just redirects back to log in. Rinse, repeat...

My tracking from FedEx says "Indirect signature required" which means you have to either sign upon delivery, sign for the package online, or fill out a form and leave it on the door. Use the link below to download a PDF to fill out info and pre-sign. I'm assuming all FedEx orders will require the same authorization.

I've been reading up on your messages and wanted to give you some feedback. I ordered with ApplePay and have not been charged. My order was placed at 03:03 AM EST. My order shows "pending" on the Verizon iOS app but "processing" on the website (PSA the website is lackluster).
Now, I've spoken to n = 5 representatives about my situation. They said that there are no pending changes on my account that could hold up my order, so that theory is out. My ApplePay hasn't been declined and per the representative, it has "gone through". I've ordered another AW S4 that also reflected a delivery by date 09/21/2018 without ApplePay to see if this works too.
As of now, when something says "ship by" it actually means "delivers by". The website and app just don't communicate well enough and causes confusion. If you are not charged or given tracking information by tomorrow, call them.

I chatted with the same dude earlier this morning as well. Basically same responses.Just chatted with Verizon to make sure there are no problems with the account preventing processing/shipping.

I will take the "expected shipping date" with a grain of salt. Should be arrive by 9/21 but that is typical of Verizon. If I had to make a guess for those of us still waiting, we will probably see charges/shipping/notification/tracking all happen at the same time.
To everyone stuck in “processing,” make sure your account doesn’t have any pending changes like a plan adjustment. The system has to wait for those to clear before processing orders (it’s a one at a time arrangement).
Call and make sure, this happened to me but it was able to process and ship once the plan changes were put on hold.
