Verizon 4S Preorder Status Thread

UPS finally updated my tracking, no shipment received technically, but a label and 2nd day air. Took all day until 6:30 pm.

My guess is they have it, know they have it, and have shipped it, but I guess that's what they're doing to manage shipping hundreds of thousands of phones on the same day.

All's well.
 
Mine (White 32GB) has been shipped via FedEx 2Day Service, scheduled delivery Friday by 7pm (like everyone else).

It started out in West Chester, PA and has already made it to the Philadelphia, PA sort facility. I live about 5 miles outside of Philadelphia in southern New Jersey. Keeping my fingers crossed for a Thursday delivery...it is oh so close! :eek:
 
Last updated 10/12/2011??

I finally was able to track my package on UPS. I get to the tracking information and it says: Order Processed: Ready for UPS. But it was last updated on 10/12/2011 and it says shipped. How can I find out where it is or when it will arrive:confused:

i havent gotten any emails from apple besides the one confirming my order!

i orederd it at 7:06 pm pacific time!!:mad:

A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated.

wrong thread. this is for verizon orders not apple.
 
Received my tracking number from Verizon this morning. The tracking number didn't work until around 6:30PM.

Now it displays my order was processed and is ready for UPS. It also says it will be shipped by 2nd Day Air.
 
For everyone with a UPS shipping verification. Don't worry if its now showing under tracking info. I've ordered many items shipped through them, and they almost always wait till late night to update their tracking info. Just give it some time. Fedex just seems to be faster with their updates.

Wouldn't be surprised if our new phones start arriving tomorrow.... Would bet the warehouses are getting pretty full of iPhones....

Well my phone may not come tomorrow, but I do get the bumper from apple tomorrow. Phone is being shipped via UPS, bumper is FedEx.
 
My UPS tracking has no information yet but it says 2 day air "Shipped/Billed: 10/12/11". When I check Verizon's site they say "Ship Date: 10/11/2011"

I guess I can hope it was actually sent yesterday. never know. :p

Considering the nature of this site, I'm probably one of the few:

Didn't get a chance to order till Sunday at ~9pm EST because I was out of town, and had to go through an hour phone call to do "Assumption of Liability" to get my number off of a family plan, onto individual. Anyway, ended up getting the phone ordered over the phone... no credit card charge, no status update, no reference number "trick."

Anyone else in the same boat with any results? To be fair, it did say delivery by the 21st on the web page, but my XV6700 is getting so tired.
 
Mine says ship date was 10/12, with next day air saver. :cool:

Still have no clue why the charge was put back into my account today. :confused:

I now get this same tracking info - but I'm glad because it's progress... it also says again - delivery by Oct 14 :D ... I think we are good. And there is finally an authorization on my Amex :cool: But no email from Verizon with a tracking number and unable to locate using the 'tricks' given in this thread.
