I am assuming that yours is being shipped via UPS. As of 4:05 mine departed Louisville and on the way to Shrewsbury, MA! So our iPhones are on the way!

my phone is still in kentucky. I'm pretty sure there systems are slow and haven't updated. i highly doubt that anyone that has a phone out a fedex/ups place won't get phone their phone tomorrow.
I know haha, it's just annoying because it's 2 hours away and it's been sitting there all day lol

Just think about it..... there are a gazzilion iphone orders in the system being delivered tomorrow. The UPS/Fedex tracking logs are overburdened and just haven't been updated. Hang in there. you should see an update later tonight or early tomorrow. You can get excited when the status is: Out for delivery.
So its true, just got shipment email with tracking number. My phone is less than an hour from me in West Chester PA I ordered around 10pm on the 7th EST. So it seems like Verizon has this under control!
I highly doubt that any of the packages have actually left Louisville via UPS. They have probable been sorted and put into the large, airplane shipping containers. UPS flights come into Louisville throughout the day, but the loading process usually starts around 10 pm. Planes start leaving around midnight. UPS has been doing this for a long time, so they will get the phones on the trucks for delivery tomorrow...even if the tracking doesn't update instantly.
Per UPS my iP4S is now here in Minneapolis!! Cant wait until tomorrow. Glad i have the day off.
Mine is already arrived in town from Louisville and is at the local UPS facility as of 6:49

cancelled my preorder with verizon. went the the verizon store by my house a few minutes ago and told them that i had MAJOR issues with my preorder. they gave me the 4s right there and said not to tell anyone. haha ooops. the verizon person on the phone tried telling me that im not getting my phone till the 28th. due to them being so backed up. i said, well why wasnt i notified and why are you advertising the 14th? i flipped out. cancelled my preorder, got a 100$ credit on my account, and a new phone..

I asked my fedex driver and he said I should place a hold on the package and I called fedex and they said that verizon has blocked this option and it has to go out for delivery to the address.
in los ángeles the fedex guys have pretty small routes, so I should be able to find him pretty easy
