Verizon.com: Preorder thread

My 128GB 6S Plus has been charged. Finally.

Waiting for shipping info.

The excitement never goes away for my wife and I. Lol.

Got the same VZW email last night. Apparently credit card company declined charge thinking it was a fraudulent charge. Straightened things out with credit card company and VZW this morning. And a USPS tracking number just showed up. USPS?

USPS? If I'm not mistaken its all Fedex tracking #s

Wichita here. Ordered just after 12am PDT, nothing just yet. Even though the website says delivery by 9/25 VZW just service says that it won't ship until 9.25 I think just service is wrong though. They usually are.

Oklahoma here, 6s Plus 128gb, still shows processing and haven't been charged yet. Ordered 2 min prior to midnight through Verizon's website.
 
Anyone who has their card charged but no tracking number, does your preorder status page show this status or something else?

i think you're being a little too nervous. most things won't charge your card until its shipped, it may not even hold money on your account.

ie. My apple watch, i pre ordered, took weeks (when it shipped) till my card was charged. Anything i order through my amazon prime doesn't charge my credit card until i receive the package. you'll be fine, as long as you don't get an email saying your order was declined due to payment method

Generally, I agree with you.

But when many, many people were reporting card authorizations who had ordered after me is what made me wonder if there was a problem. This combined with no order ever showing up on my order history page, but many orders after mine showing up.....
 
Has anyone used "indirect signature" (a handwritten note taped to your door telling FedEx to leave your delivery even though it is supposed to have a signature) to receive an iPhone? I may not be home on delivery day and the tracking info says "indirect signature."

i only got charged this morning (the tax for both devices which has been shipped)

If it's like a few other orders - including my own - in the next several hours, you should see a Shipped confirmation, tracking number on the verizon.com. site, shortly followed by an email saying the same.
 
I preordered my iPhone 6s Plus in space gray last week so excited :D October 7 is my estimated delivery date. Anyone think it might get here before then or, is that a pretty set date ?
