Verizon has not done one single thing to earn any trust. All I got was days of repeated assurances the order was fine even though it did not show up in my plan order history, others in my plan getting order history and completed orders, a claim all orders that came in before midnight were being canceled, etc.....
As I told the Verizon supervisor Friday, I have zero, nada, no confidence in Verizon. After an hour on the phone he decided to 'reprocess' my order because he did not think it would charge my card. He said the new order has a deliver date of 10/15 but he would expedite it to ensure delivery by the 25th. Then he said he actually cannot do that but his supervisor can early next week.
Then my card gets charged yesterday and the ship date changed to yesterday. Im pretty sure it shipped (despite the VZW supervisor saying he canceled the order). I really want that tracking number because I know then the order is actually shipped.
