I think you've had this trouble probably because you're on the enterprise side. Enterprise reps are probably not used to dealing with iPhone preorders.
I dont know about that. They go through the same orders as the commercial side. They had reps working on the weekend of the preorder opening as well.
I think the fault mainly lies in their ordering software. If it was clearer, they would be able to see where each order was.
Right now Im of the opinion they have no more 128GB Space Gray plus units in stock. Only pisses me off more that those who ordered days later got theirs enroute already.
