I think you've had this trouble probably because you're on the enterprise side. Enterprise reps are probably not used to dealing with iPhone preorders.

I dont know about that. They go through the same orders as the commercial side. They had reps working on the weekend of the preorder opening as well.

I think the fault mainly lies in their ordering software. If it was clearer, they would be able to see where each order was.

Right now Im of the opinion they have no more 128GB Space Gray plus units in stock. Only pisses me off more that those who ordered days later got theirs enroute already.
 
Just got my tracking info, and I'm in CA. Doesn't look like it's going to ship out until Wednesday.

I've had the "maybe my order didn't go through and I'll get my phone in late October" anxiety all day. I'm relieved!

I did buy a 5 used after I got sick of my galaxy s3, though. Now I'm itching to get rid of my droid turbo. Love the battery life and display - that's about it.

I haven't preordered through VZW in the past, so I was expecting things to not be as smooth as Apple preorders.
 
My account just got charged and my estimated ship date got changed to 9/20/15 from 9/25/15

Ordered the Rose gold 128gb 6s plus over the phone around 3:15am EST over the phone.
 
I got charged for the taxes!!! Hopefully shipping is soon. The purchase documents are on my account twice though. Should I be worried? I don't want a double charge. I chatted this morning and they mentioned only one. Again. Preorder newbie.
 
Ordered from vzw website, got a Sept. 25 ship date.
Pre-Ordered iPhone 6s Plus 128GB space grey.
I just got charged yesterday for the AC+. Did anyone else notice that the AC+ was only $99 (which is seriously should be...)?

Personally, I wouldn't be worried. My bank would stop the duplicate charge if it were to happen, so I would just keep an eye on your online statement just to make sure

My card got charged about an hour ago. It is a chase card but I called ahead of time to set up the payment. So instead of my regular email I got my fraud email letting it through.
 
Wow. I had my first bad experience with Verizon Wireless today! Surprised.

Verizon tried to charge my Chase card but Chase declined it (even though I already called Chase so they would know about it, haha). So I call verizon and they say the order has left her system and she will need to replace a NEW order. I say "********" to her on the phone. Actually said ********, "I'm not placing a new order ma'am so you need to fix it now". So I ask for a supervisor...On hold for 15 minutes.

The supervisor re-runs the card (after I call chase fraud dept to accept the charge), and it goes through with the supervisor on the phone. The first lady I spoke to was an INCOMPETENT/AWFUL B*. Glad I spoke to a supervisor and shut her up. I was sure to place a complaint about her to the supervisor. He apologized for her behavior.

Card is now charged but the order status just says "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back later."

Now I wait.

That's weird- I specifically asked about it to the rep I spoke to- said if payment is declined, they can fix it w/o making a new order or having you "lose your spot in line". I'll bet that rep was just poorly trained. Or maybe she just hated you. :p

BTW for what it's worth i was all fat dumb and happy not wondering about the order until i read this thread then i got all excited and started checking the order status.
AND IT'S ALL OF YOU GUYS FAULT!!! ;)

Just talked with a Verizon rep because my expected Delivery Date changed to 9/20. I was am infused (never preordered before)...however she told me that they were not shipping any phones until Sept. 25 she didn't know why mine said 9/20 (on the actual email says delivery date 9/25) and that I should expect my phone Tuesday. So I said those that didn't preorder will get their phone before us that preordered. She said yes but u are guaranteed the phone, they r not.
I'm so confused and just want the phone on the 25th. When I click check order status that changed to 9/20 within a matter of minutes from 9/25. My card has not been charged yet either.
