BTW for what it's worth i was all fat dumb and happy not wondering about the order until i read this thread then i got all excited and started checking the order status.

I kept checking Verizon and seeing nothing. Then I came here and it all went downhill from there lol
 
Just saw my card was charged today, maybe an hour ago. I ordered later than most, but felt pretty good about it because my email confirmation had a 9/25 ship date. Order placed at 10pm on 9/13, 6s rose gold 64gb. Order status now says "sent to warehouse for shipment" and my expected shipping date changed to 9/20. I live in Oregon if that helps anyone.
 
Just talked with a Verizon rep because my expected Delivery Date changed to 9/20. I was am infused (never preordered before)...however she told me that they were not shipping any phones until Sept. 25 she didn't know why mine said 9/20 (on the actual email says delivery date 9/25) and that I should expect my phone Tuesday. So I said those that didn't preorder will get their phone before us that preordered. She said yes but u are guaranteed the phone, they r not.
I'm so confused and just want the phone on the 25th. When I click check order status that changed to 9/20 within a matter of minutes from 9/25. My card has not been charged yet either.
The CS Reps don't have any clue unfortunately. But you should get it Friday. Always take what the CS reps say with grain of salt.
 
That's weird- I specifically asked about it to the rep I spoke to- said if payment is declined, they can fix it w/o making a new order or having you "lose your spot in line". I'll bet that rep was just poorly trained. Or maybe she just hated you. :p

Yea. Probably shouldn't have called her a BIT*H on the phone. Oh well she deserved it. Charged my credit card on Sunday night just like last year.

Verizon has consistently displayed the ship date as delivery date and vice versa. You'll get your phone on 9.25.
 
Verizon really needs to get their software fixed and train their reps to read from a knowledge base. Obviously they cannot be trained because you get different answers from every one.

If Apple can have their orders easily followed by people without having to call 98 times (and get 98 different answers), there is no reason Verizon cant.

I definetly agree that Verizon needs to get preorders some better software- it isn't great, namely the part where it mixes up shipping/delivery dates.

As for the reps, I've spoken to 4 about the order and each seemed knowledgeable and accurate. The last one I even tested for consistency with the others, and she passed. YMMV, however.
 
you will get the device on the day in your confirmation email. They don't process items in sequential order, it's based on location. Your phone is allocated and the its processed when they get to your bucket.


Well, this theory is shot. A guy I work with got the same model and color phone I did. He ordered it at 8AM which is 8 hours later than my order. We ordered from the same place, and are on the same account.

His original delivery date was 10/7

He got his tracking number hours ago.

It is possible that yours was shipped and is in FedEx's hands but for some reason they never gave you a tracking #. Unlikely, but possible.

Or maybe they just hate you and are sitting in a room, reading this thread, laughing. :p

Gotta love that they put the fault in you not them. That is customer service!

I had the same thing happen to me. They told me I was wrong and I wouldn't see any movement until Thursday at the earliest. No charges, no updates. Well they were wrong, I got a charge a bit ago.

I don't have a charge yet. That expected ship date is the only thing that's changed. Changed from 9/25 to 9/20. I assumed that meant something. At least yours said Thursday. Mine told me I wouldn't see my phone until next Wednesday or Thursday. Hoping that like everyone has said it is wrong!!!

No guarantees obviously but that's what happened to mine too. Changed to today's date for delivery date then a bit later it charged.

Finally got charged for 2x 128GB 6s Plus. I live near Memphis, and just miles away from the Fedex sorting facility. Wish I would drive over and pick it up. lol

Finally my AMEX got charged. However, my order went from pending back to processing lol. Hopefully see movement soon though now. Little less worried!
