Hey guys, new here. Posting because with everyone being so frantic, i just wanted to add my 2 cents.

My order got charged and updated to say shipped by 9/20. iPhone 6s+ 64GB Gold. Ordered sometime between 12am and 12:30am eastern.

Location : N215XXX (Dont know if i should post the whole thing)

What the hell. I placed order on 12th morning. Now it's still "We received your order and it is in process."

I ordered when I saw the 6s available on Sept 11 at 11:56pm. As I went through to order a 6s plus, space gray 128gb, there was an error on the page after I put in the credit card info. It happened a couple more times before finally completing the order at 11:59pm.


I got the email order confirmation at 11:59pm.

I was stuck ordering from VZW online because my account type (govt/business use the B2B.verizon website).

I never saw the order show up on the verizon enterprise website, but I could see others who ordered after me.

When I called VZW I was told that my delivery date was Oct 7. I asked how that could be because I ordered to early. At first I was told all orders that came through before midnight would be canceled, then they said they saw my order.

I only had the MB order number, but they gave me a numeric preorder number and it shows:

Your Pre-Order Status

  • pre-order number

  • status
    We received your order and it is in process.
  • expected ship date
    09/25/2015

I was assured they had the order and it would be delivered on the 25th.

Lets keep this thread updated with credit card authorizations, tracking numbers, and deliveries.

it says mine delivers on the 20th?! weird maybe goes to verizon on that day and then verizon sends it to me by the 25th

If I log into MyVerizon, and click on My Orders, I see that my order is pending, with an expected delivery date of 9/25.

If I use the order check page where you type in your order confirmation number and press submit, it still says my order is in process with expected delivery of 9/30.

No charges yet. I have no idea what's going on

I'm feeling less and less confident that I will get mine on the 25th...especially since everyone had activity this weekend except me.

I didn't get an email from Verizon yet but my order status shows shipped via UPS. I live in San Jose, CA.
 
Ordered 9-11 11:55 PM. Mine is also showing as shipped now but no info from looking up tracking number yet. Coming from UPS. 6s+ SG 128GB. AZ.
 
Man this blows. Everyone and their grandmothers have gotten tracking info for their 6s Pluses but me
 
Finally got my tracking number but the courier is "UPSSHP002" with a UPS tracking number (starts with 1Z..) but the link on the tracking number takes me to Fedex and the number is invalid with both UPS and FedEx. What in the world, Verizon? :confused:

I had the same problem. Then the tracking number still wasn't active in the UPS system yet. But I received my AppleCare papers from Apple with my serial number, that was how I knew my phone was being shipped.
 
Tried to pre order at the stroke of midnight via web and wouldn't load. after try and trying for 10 minutes I remembered hearing that it worked better for some people using the Apple store App via iPhone. Gave this a try and managed to snag my phone right away.

btw, located in NYC (Lower Manhattan) and saw the post about service delays until monday due to pope visit and almost had a heart attack. Luckily my zip code wasn't in the list of affected.

Looks like mine shipped yesterday, says FedEx overnight but wont be here till the 25th. Odd but don't care either way.

My Rose gold 64GB 6S shipped a few hours ago. So both my phones have shipped now, thank god :D I wouldn't be too upset if your cards haven't been charged or anything. I was scared my rose gold phone wouldn't come 25th because my first was shipped and everything while the other was doing nothing. Finally shipped today and I was a happy camper. I'd say wait until Tuesday/Wednesday, if nothing happens definetly call Verizon and see what's up!
 
My order went from pending to back to being processed and the delivery date is gone. What is Verizon doing to me lol
 
have a crack at what bhall said.. i might get my wife to go cause a scene at fedex and see if she can get them once they arrive.. not everyone would know they are iPhones.....
My husband works for FedEx....they already have a plan at the locations in place to handle the extra volume of packages that are "iPhone upgrades". Pretty sure the staff would know it's an iPhone.
 
I ordered a 6S+ Silver 128GB at 12:08Pacific. I got the confirmation email and I noticed it didn't show my appt number. I remember putting it in. So I called Verizon to add it, but they said I either had to cancel or I can call back after it ships and they can put a request in to Fedex to add the appt number. Weird. I don't get why they can't edit the address. I have a long address. I think the website must cutoff after so many characters or something.

Every year I have the same issue with them.
 
Mine shipped on Sat AM from "WEST CHESTER, PA" headed to the MA/RI area. Says Friday for delivery of course. Currently in Newark, NJ and has been since Sat:

So they registered my AppleCare at Verizon already, and have the start date as Friday, but that makes the end date 1 week earlier than what it should be it seems (9/18/17), if it broke down between 9/18 and 9/25 do you think I would have some chance of having it covered? Should I call Apple after I get it?
