Should be interesting I ordered two phones one is being shipped by fedex the other by ups... The race is on...
Well, I guess I need to follow up. It appears my order was RE-ASSIGNED to USPS. My tracking # just changed to a USPS one.
well given that all (if not, most) of the 9/25 delivery date orders have shipped, I'm beginning to doubt more and more that I'll be getting mine on the 25th. This blows...
When I log into My Verizon, and click on "Recent Orders,", I see that the order is pending with an expected delivery date of 9/25.
But if I check the status using the confirmation e-mail, it still says "in process" with expected delivery of 9/30.
So, who the heck knows...still no activity on my card either

Hi everyone, I ordered my 6S Plus on 9/15 and I'm confused about my order status after reading through everyone's posts. I never received a confirmation email for my order, and this is straight from Verizon's website:

Is there anything I need to do? I feel like the order shouldn't be pending a week later

What does the other order status page say? If it is 'sent to warehouse' then its on the way.
Which order page? Can you tell me which one to use? (I've seen links to several)
I received a UPS tracking number this morning.
I ordered iPhone 6S Plus 128 GB at 2:02 AM (CDT) on the payment plan through the Verizon website. Order status updated to shipped sometime overnight last night. A UPS tracking number is provided, though doesn't actually track anything yet.
The simple order status page simply states shipped on the 19th (though it said delivery on the 19th on Saturday!). Logged in order status page shows ship date of the 24th with overnight delivery.
I live in rural Kansas.
I ordered a 6s+ 64gb rose gold and have an expected delivery of 10/07. Depending on which order status page I check, I have either pending or processing. I'm hoping it will get bumped to 9/30 but no sign of that yet.
I have the same delivery date and mine has been pending/processing all this time. My advice would be to leave it alone unless fellow 10/07 people start getting shipping details and you still have a pending status. I just don't trust Verizon to not cancel the order or otherwise screw it up.
I got my tracking information this morning and it appears I'm getting mine from UPS, not FedEx. Tracking number in UPS system is still invalid, so will wait until tomorrow for update on its actual location.
Called FedEx to re-route my phones from delivery to my home to the local Fed Ex Office store.
Nope, according to FedEx, Verizon requires one failed delivery attempt before they can reroute to delivery to another FedEx location.

All orders will remain pending/processing until the order is fulfilled and prepared for shipment.
I get stuff that way from Amazon all the time, it starts with FedEx, but the local delivery is done by USPS. I actually love it as it means I get my order around noon vs. late in the afternoon

Yes I went from a UPS (1Z #) to a USPS one. Weird.
My order says your order has shipped ..have a ups number, says ship date sept 24 overnight, but I haven't received an email....should I be concerned??
I'm an online pre-order newbie. When our phones arrive on Friday this week, do I simply turn on the new phones and it'll do everything (activation, etc) to know that this is now our new phones (and the old/previous ones will stop)?. Phone calls will then start ringing on the new phone, text/iMessages will show up on the new phones, FaceTime, etc etc etc?

I didn't get my email for 12 hours after the tracking information was added to my account order info screen. When I did receive the email, it had the same info.
