I was able to do it with my Apple Watch that I ordered from Apple. Otherwise, I’ll be getting my phone on Monday 😞

I've been through this for years. I understand the Louisville part and how the movement works. I usually have been in the Apple Store thread the past few years. I was just confused on the Fresno part. I've never seen an order coming from UPS show it was coming from Fresno. And I'm from Fresno so I've seen quite a few things go to Fresno. Kinda weird how quite a few people with the "Fresno Special"

I have a Fresno Special too -since I have done this every year I thought of it as code for directions of process everything in the warehouse except the Fresno Specials until 9/19

I’m looking to find a case to pass the time, and I have the day off of work tomorrow to wait for my phone 🤩. I’ll probably catch up on a couple video games I want to play that i bought so I may play the new Blair witch game or man of medan.

Not sure if this is the right thread to ask this question but...I was in Japan for the past 2 weeks so wanted to wait to I returned to order ore pre order. I have Verizon, want to purchase from the Apple Store since I have the new Apple Card and Apple is giving more in trade-in than Verizon is for my 8s but in ordering on my phone it does not allow me to select store pick up as an option just tells me delivery date is between the 10 -17 of October. Do you think that once it is in stores (tomorrow or later) it will give me the option for Store pickup?
 
I preordered the Midnight Green 256GB Pro in store at Verizon around roughly noon on Saturday, the day after preorders began. It’s maintained a firm shipment date of 9/27 ever since with “processing” next to order status. No tracking number has been provided. Should I just forget about getting it before late next week/early October? Asking from the Dallas, Texas area.
 
I’m done. Verizon sent me the email again today stating that there was a payment failure and to click the link to update my payment details. Clicked the link and got the message again that “maximum payment attempts have been made. Go to local Verizon store to complete my order.”

Just tried calling Verizon and the offices are closed.

I’m so over Verizon I don’t know what to do.

I’m ready to just cancel my order and drop full price on an iPhone from Apple and tell Verizon to go to the lower depths of kiss my ...

I think it depends if they get more stock in. It may be a few days or weeks before they have some in store though. You may want to Google around - in years past I used a tool that would search all locations in the US for airpods and it overlaid it on a map. I do that remember what it was called though.

I’m upgrading. I’m on the Verizon UP, but after last year’s shenanigans, I decided to pay half down on the phone now so I will have minimum payments and pay the phone off early to leave the Verizon UP altogether next year.

After this week’s shenanigans, I’m now ready to simply start clean slate. Pay off this XS Max with Verizon, then go to Apple to trade it in and buy the 11 Pro Max unlocked from Apple. Should have just done it in the first place.

You’re 100% on track. I’ve had packages leave as late as 4am and have them at my door by 11am.
