Order in Process

I placed my order for 1 iPhone 6 64GB and 1 iPhone 6 Plus 64GB on the 12th at 4:30am. Verizon is still showing my order as in process with shipping as unavailable. My email confirmation states shipping on 10/7. No charge to my credit card yet either. At this point I am sure I won't get them on the 19th. Sucks that I got up that early for nothing. :(
 
I received my tracking number in an email at 3:04AM for UPS. The UPS site shows this as an invalid tracking number. I saw people report this issue yesterday and was just wondering how long after you received the email until the tracking number showed up in the UPS system?

Probably later this afternoon, but most likely tonight. Seems they issue tracking numbers but until it's actually scanned by UPS it doesn't show up.
 
I ordered at 6am on the 12th due to upgrade date BS and my order number is 10,21x,xxx so I am thinking the order numbers aren't accurate either?

That answers my question then. There's no way we have an 8 million gap in orders when ordered at around the same time.

If the person in NJ that keeps picking up my phone and scanning it could stop, that would make this a lot easier on my excitement! I hate knowing that its just sitting somewhere, waiting for delivery. I vote that for the next big release, they just send them out when they are ready. This whole "release day" thing is too much. :D

We are on the same boat here. Keep checking and it keeps showing that my iphone 6+ is just sitting somewhere - I could have drove there and picked it up on my own by now!! :D

I just got an interesting call from a Verizon supervisor. I guess it was in response to all the different supervisors I have spoken with over the last few days. She wanted to hear my complete story, but long story short she said my delivery date I received on my original pre order confirmation was wrong, it was not going to be 10/15 rather it would be 9/19 like i thought it should be all along.

I ordered the 6 plus 16GB space grey within the first hour of pre orders going live, but until my CC gets the charge and I see a shipping confirmation I'm still skeptical.:rolleyes::rolleyes:
 
On behalf of our corporate account, I ordered 2x 6 16gb, 1x 6 64gb and 1x 6+ 64gb around 3:30am, all through the business portal.

All except one of the 16gb models have shipped and I have tracking numbers, including the 6+ which originally showed 10/7.

All the 6's are coming Fedex but the 6+ UPS.
 
Has anyone had the option to hold for pick up via FedEx yet? I talked to someone on the phone from FedEx and they told me that I can do this online - but the customize delivery option isn't available to me yet. Has anyone did this yet?
 
Has anyone's iPhone left Memphis yet? Mine has been there since Saturday. I expect it to leave either today or tomorrow.

That's very interesting because I ordered same (6+/16GB/SG) within minutes of pre-order but was told 10/14 on email confirmation. I too would be skeptical but this is hopeful nonetheless. Thanks for sharing and I hope you get your phone.
