VZW Order Status Thread

I placed my order for 1 iPhone 6 64GB and 1 iPhone 6 Plus 64GB on the 12th at 4:30am. Verizon is still showing my order as in process with shipping as unavailable. My email confirmation states shipping on 10/7. No charge to my credit card yet either. At this point I am sure I won't get them on the 19th. Sucks that I got up that early for nothing.
You should have never thought you'd get them on 9/19 when your confirmation says 10/7... My confirmation is 9/19 and verizon is telling me as of yesterday I won't receive mine until 10/7.
Mine has been stuck on "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status will be updated." for two days but it says expected ship date on the 18th and says should reach me by 19th -___- I just want to see some damn movement!

I've called, been told twice you can't do it, per Verizon, been told once I can do it, just have to wait til the package starts moving (ie: isn't in the same place its been for days), and the last person told me that if the option isn't already there, that it can't be done at all. I'm just going to leave mine alone and let them deliverer it, because for some reason it seems when I screw with stuff from FedEx, it ends up not ending in my favor.
Mine too. Shows next-day shipping through UPS though right? Wouldn't expect to see movement until tomorrow at least.
ugh that's what I will have to do as well. I wish the delivery was with UPS - seems like that went a lot smoother to most people that want to hold for pick up.
My order location is D772001 and I have tracking info for my Space Grey 64GB Plus that was ordered at about 3:10AM.
I have location D772001 and ordered a 6 16GB Silver and a 6+ 64GB Spare Grey and have seen no movement.

When did you get tracking info?
FYI I don't think the location numbers mean anything. My friend and I have the same location number - his is shipping from Memphis, TN and mine is shipping from West Chester, PA!
I have a 6+, 64GB, SG from that location. I completed my order at around 3:15am and have a 10/7 ship date.
No movement for me either.

Like everyone, I've been stalking Verizons site looking for a glimmer of hope that my phone will be delivered on Sept 19. I was one of the folks that stayed up until 3:01 AM EST on Sept 12 to order my iPhone. My order was submitted via Verizon. The tracking number is confusing because the link took me to Fedex, but the tracking number belongs to UPS. Got invalid number from both sites, then remembered I have the UPS app on my iPhone. The UPS app tracks any delivery to my home without having to enter a tracking number. Lo and behold, the app actually had the tracking info! I was billed yesterday for the phone and it will arrive Friday.

I don't get it. That's the assumption I would make. There's probably no way anyone with a date other than 9/19 is going to get them this week. Why would Verizon ship those with later dates for this Friday even if they had the inventory to do so? I'm sure they have been working around the clock to get the 9/19 orders out. I also can't believe some people on here are calling customer care as much as they are. You're not going to get the answer you want, and if you do, it may be wrong information. It's a waste of everyone's time.
I will say, I bet there are a going to be a lot of 6+ exchanges next week, so if you have later dates, just go to the nearest Verizon store. I don't think a lot of people really grasp the size of the +. You'll see a lot of exchanges within the next two weeks.

It means that getting up reduced your wait time for the phone as wait times are late October and into late November depending on the carrier.
Nothing here and if we don't get them on the 14th at least that's when I'll get annoyed. I wasn't expecting anything sooner then the 14th which is why I delayed my vacation plans because I was leaving on the 11th. It cost me $250 to change all the reservations.
I agree. The 2 phones I have shipping info on both had a Memphis location number and one is in Memphis the other is in NJ.
Have a friend or relative put the phone inside the house and you could get it after vacation. No need to change vacation plans.
Call (866) 338-7390 which is Verizon Internet order customer service. A manager (not supervisor) said 16gb 6+ gold wouldn't ship out until 10/14 because Apple had not provided them with any.
I already did. I live out in the sticks with no neighbors for miles. I'm not someone to put anyone out of the way especially over a phone.

Someone already received tracking info for their 16gb + gold. So there goes that theory along with 100's of others out the window lol
Yeah considering I just spoke to a supervisor who said she was seeing my delivery date for my order which is a 16gb 6 plus space grey order 111xxx
for 9/19 instead of 10/14 reading it off a shipping schedule,.so who the hell know all this is so crazy and random misinformation
