VZW Order Status Thread

10/7 not looking good. My friend who ordered called with about the same order# 142xxx in D772001 area. They said they are updating every second but looks like would be shipped around the 3rd of Oct. I hope they made it up
 
Just refreshed my preorder status screen and they added/changed my date to 10/14. I ordered 11 mins after preorders started on 9-12. Website gave me 9/19. Confirmation email changed it to 10/7. Today website is giving me a date of 10/14. :(

Looks like I'll be waiting in line tomorrow morning.

I was 50,000 ahead of you got the same ***** my date was 9/19
 
mine just switched to expected date 10/7 also!:mad: ordering from apple next time as verizon was a mess!
 
I got my tracking number via UPS.
It's been a fun ride. I won't post further updates here anymore.

Just checked my order as well which just today now shows expected ship date of 10/7. Thanks Apple for not properly stocking the carriers in which your devices run on!!
 
Now that I am officially not receiving my pre-order until October, does anyone know if Apple allows Verizon users to Edge Up in store?

Up until 5 minutes ago the preorder and order status did not have a date.

Preorder then said 10/7. Checked order status and it said 9/19. Checked again 2 minutes later now they both say 10/7.
 
on a positive note to us 10/7 at least we aren't nov 4th. Gonna mess with my small phone and new keyboard in iOS 8. At least I have a date now.

same thing happened to me. This is interesting. I would expect it to ship before 10/7 i think they are just giving themselves some wiggle room.

Same, though my email said 10/14, shipping went from "Not available at this time", back to saying 10/14.

My ship date was 10/7 too and yesterday I was told they would start shipping on 10/3 and we would have them by 10/7.

Yes, I ordered a space gray 16gig iphone 6 on 9/12 ~12pm EST (after giving up due to website errors both on apple.com and verizon at 4:30am) and have a ship date of 10/7. While when I check apple.com, that same model is available to ship in 7-10 business days (and has been since 9/12).

Also have the gold iphone 6+ 64gig on order with ship date of 10/7. Was able to get that order through on 9/12 ~4:30am EST.
 
Called and spoke to them. My order said delivered by the 19th. I had no movement on the order processing page. He said I'm part of the October 7th delivery. I asked how did that happen when it says delivery date of 19th. All he did was apologize and give me $20 to offset the upgrade fee. So at the moment I have a confirmation of delivery tomorrow, but they are saying a different date. I've yet to receive any update from them. :confused:

Not trying to get you jazzed up but if the email says the 19th I would be :mad:

I am working tomorrow and would really like if I could just go to a FedEx designated location and pick it up. If for some reason they try to deliver it tomorrow and I am not there, can I quickly change the address to have them deliver to a FedEx location on saturday or would Monday be the next option.

I suggest you contact Fedex with that question - do you want to take a chance on someone here telling 'well i THINK it will work' or do you want to know for certain when you can get your phone? :rolleyes:
