VZW Order Status Thread

Yeah mines doing the same thing. I'm still confident that they will ship in time for 9/19 delivery judging by the fact that they were all FedEx Overnight or 2-day (I got 2 day according to the process when I was ordering). As long as the 2-days ship before 3PM (I believe) 9/17 they should be in our hands on 9/19. All those shipping now are being held if they arrive at the local facility before 9/19 although some I guess will get delivered on 9/18.
Yeah the reps have told me numerous times that they are SHIPPING on 9/19 not delivering on 9/19. Even though their own advertising and a ton of other people have said the opposite. I honestly don't think they know what they are talking about yet they apparently had huge meetings just before pre-ordering began that got them up to date on what is going on....seems as though they missed the key part that the phones are supposed to be in our hands on 9/19! Or at least they better be!
I wouldn't mind waiting until the until the 22-23 because my case won't be here until then anyway. I still want that phone ASAP. I want to know specs and how it feels in the hand more then anything.
Well, customer disservice lady says that my order went through and that it's expected to ship on the 19th. Fingers crossed that her computer has the correct information since the My Verizon computer and the automated phone system computer disagree with both each other and with her.
I had 10/14 in my email confirmation but when I check the status on VZ it still says not yet available.
The rep I talked to told me it would likely come sooner but who knows how much they really know
yeah not much we can do but keep checking. would have been nice to get it 9/19 but 10/7 would be nice too. my case and screen protector would not be here by 9/19 anyways.
I ordered on verizonwireless.com at 12:11 AM PST. iPhone 6+ 128GB Gold. Got my email confirmation about 1 hr after ordering, saying deliver by 9/19, and with confirmation number etc.
The strange thing is that when I check order status online it only says "we received your order and it is in process" and Expected Ship Date: Not Available and this time. ?? I can see a bunch of people on here are able to see their expected ship dates, or even delivery dates, but I don't see anything. Anybody else have this problem?
I haven't received any other emails, and my credit card hasn't been charged.

The confirmation email means absolutely nothing. They won't be shipping anything to you until they've initiated a charge on your card. That's the definitive signature IMHO.
If Verizon says go by the email (which they have), then I'm going by the email. I even asked my Verizon rep (the one that comes to my job and trains us on all things verizon) and even he said go by the email. My delivery date is set for next week and my card was charged. So far, VZW is correct. I rather listen to VZW and not random people on the net who are close to having a nervous breakdown over this damn phone. If the email says you're getting it next week, then most likely you'll be getting it next week. If the email says October 24th or whatever, then that's when it's coming. This is the same exact situation as last year when I ordered my gold 5S. I ended up getting it 5 days after ordering via Verizon (I placed my ordered on the first Friday of when the phones went on sale) And mind you, that was the gold 5S aka the phone that nobody had available. And the same thing is gonna happen again next year with the 6S.
Seriously some of y'all need to just relax lol. Stop over analyzing shipping dates and delivery dates. And no there's no conspiracy out there that's preventing you from getting your iPhone. It's gonna come and everybody will be happy...until next year when we do this again for the 6S. Once again, if your order email says next Friday...then it'll get there next Friday. If it says November 27th, then that's when it'll arrive. Lol just relax (and no this isn't aimed, necessarily at you) The phone is coming. Some are getting it next week and some aren't. Simple as that.

Yeah, mine's in Jersey as well at the same time, 2:30 AM. They must have a huge shipment of iPhone's all together and they'll start being shuffled out to closer locations from there. They typically go to Newark Intl Airport cause FedEx has a large ship center there.
Yes, the exact same thing for me for the 6+ 128 GB space gray. I ordered a few minutes after 12 PST. Confirmation says 9/19 online says "not available" for expected ship date. The other phone I ordered a few minutes later is a 6+ 128 GB silver. Confirmation says 9/19, online says 10/14. No credit card charges on either.
They are correct. It was having trouble looking up the company discounts - that's what ECPD does. Just broken - no conspiracy, just had a glitch. Won't happen again.
Guess we'll know Friday the veracity of VZW's email communications. I still think the absence of a charge on your card says way more than an email or what a VZW rep says. If they haven't taken your money, it's safe to assume you aren't getting the goods.
All the charges that cleared on Saturday were probably entered on Friday. I'd say if there's no action on your card by Wednesday, you can probably assume you won't be able to smear your greasy fingers over the oleophobic screen on Friday.
