Lol $400 for the retina mini iPad... kinda steep

But I'm pretty happy with the MBP updates, and the price drops. Lets wait for the details (RAM upgrade costs etc.)

Also one should not forget that each MBP now includes free OSX upgrades for the next few years as well as free office/productivity tools. Not bad at all!

It does indeed! Some people were speculating a new form factor, fingerprint sensor, built-in toaster, all sorts!

I see. Don't get me wrong, I was just teasing. You needed something and you got it rather that wait for what could be.

I am surprised by the iPad Air name for the full-sized iPad. But otherwise it's what we expected, slimmer/lighter full-sized iPad and a mini with Retina.

I don't know much about computer specs, Money is no option. I have some questions, I like gaming, photoshop, illustrator net surfing... Is the up grade better over the last batch of models? I was looking at the rmbp 2.7 quadcore..

Is the graphics card better in the upgrade? the 750 gt?

I'm getting the iPad air - who's with me? I can wait until Nov 1 as that's probably the time my new MBP will arrive. It's just end of next week.

I have to think about it. I've been 50/50 on getting my first iPad. But if I do, it might be the mini. But not 100 percent sure.

At least, it was not iPad Maxi.
That was just taking the feminine products naming convention too far.
