Let the flame war start. Get your caustic and flame retardant equipment ladies and gentlemen. This isn't going to be pretty. I bet poor Timmy will start getting death threats now that we have the first clue about the Mac lineup.
Lol I have to send mine too. I honestly love when Apple does something like this just for the drama and uproar it generates in "enthusiast" communities like this. Thanks for reminding me; almost forgot to mail my daily death threatsGonna be sending more for sure after the no-Mac September event

Source?
I actually do think the iPad Pro ad is a good one.
He just says that he thinks they'll want to keep focus on iPhones because "September is iOS time." This isn't the best logic to me. I could see if he had sources tell him that there would not be Mac announcements in September, because I know his sources to be good. But he's not citing any sources here. The Dalrymple Report: 38: With Special Guest Christina Warren

There are two ways this plays out. Macbook Pro gets announced in September alongside the iPhone or Macbook Pro and other Macs get updated at their own event in October. Any later than that, and I'll start to wonder if Apple is having developmental issues with their Macs.
Typically it's a curt, Yep or Nope. And while he doesn't cite a particular source, he is extremely reliable. So people know him to be well-sourced.Does he ever cite sources though? It's always "I think so, and I believe," and more often than not, he's right. But yeah, my bet is October now. Sad really.
When it goes to Apple Dalrymple is the best informed journalist, and most reliable.Jim Dalrymple also says "I like it" about the "What's a Computer?" Ad, so it's pretty clear that he doesn't tell the truth.
first thing i do after reading these news is come here to check the comments, sadly i ran out of popcorns long agoin before the collective meltdown in reaction to the "what's a computer?" iPad pro advertisement..
Well he didn't say yes or no, just a 'I think'.Typically it's a curt, Yep or Nope. And while he doesn't cite a particular source, he is extremely reliable. So people know him to be well-sourced.
Right. I'm labeling it as speculation until he gets sources.Well he didn't say yes or no, just a 'I think'.
