I think the bottom line is that you've been had. You need to becareful and know what your buying. Since you didnt do your homework it was easier for you to be taken advantage of. I would say shame on both of you... more so on the seller because he was deceptive. You may just have to eat a $275 HIphone.
Its a good thing your talking to him maybe you can "scare" him into refunding the money. You will need his name, address, or listed phone#. Some type of actual info that could be used with law enforcement. Keep in mind the police will not do much since you were not robbed...just tricked. It's a civil matter for the courts but again you need some info. on this person to make a claim.
