I'm getting fed up with iOS 11 BETA 1 but not finding watch OS 4 too bad, what would happen to my watch if I restored my phone back to iOS 10?

I am in the exact same boat as you. I would like to go back to iOS 10 until 11 is a bit less buggy but I really like watchOS 4. I wonder if anyone has tried it.
Yeah, watchOS 2 beta 1 and 2 were awful but watchOS 3 and 4 beta 1 is very stable.
As in years past...I think whoever upgraded their watch to the betas is stuck with it unless you want to send it back to apple.
Terrible! My series 0 dies everyday by like 4 pm. I workout in the morning. Drains about 25% from an hour workout.
Geez thanks! Ill just stay with watchOS 3 and iOS11. I can't workout and worry about battery. Right now I workout go to work and my watch has 20-30% at 11PM.
Question for you. Can you tell me if any of your music faces show what is playing currently on your Watch (running OS 3)?
When I was running iOS 11, that was the only thing that made me go back. All my watch face would say is "tap to play music".
If yours is working I may give it another shot.

SDColorado told me in a different thread that the now playing was working on Watch OS 4... I don't know that I'm that brave
Just yet. If only there were a way to downgrade the OS on the Watch via the phone.
I just did a quick install of iOS 11 (2nd time) and this time it was running absolutely horribly for some reason on my 7+. I expect it with beta software, but what was weird is the first time I had installed it, it was beautiful. Odd.

The Watch OS 4 beta I’m fine with it’s the iOS 11 beta that’s bugging me but I can wait it out. It can only get better.
Yep that was the issue I had. Already restored the iPhone to iOS 10 and Apple has my watch. should be back any day now.
Few of questions which I'd be grateful if anyone running the wOS 4 beta could answer:
- Is there a Now Playing complication for the Modular face? Can it show what's playing and the artist from non-Apple Music sources such as Spotify?
- How is performance on the Series 0? Looking at the new Dock design, I have a feeling scrolling through that is going to be like wading through treacle. I know it's only a beta, but should probably give a rough indication of whether performance will be acceptable or terrible.
- Can Siri locate people via Find My Friends? Think it's ridiculous it can do this on the iPhone, and there's a FMF app on the Apple Watch, but Siri on the AW can't do it.

+1 I'm really hoping there is now playing complication that works with podcasts. Since OS3, I've had to click the button, swipe a few times to the now playing docked screen. A complication would bring back the now playing controls to one gesture, like in OS2.
