"We Have an iPhone reserved for you"

I was lazy and didn't preorder til around 8:30am CST. Mine went through Premier, so I can't see exact shipping estimates right now. Per the confirmation emails, my 64GB iPhone 6+ (Space Gray) "will ship within 35 - 42 business days" and my wife's 64GB iPhone 6 (Gold) "is expected to arrive on or around 9/19/2014". I'm hoping that mine is an overestimate, but I may end up hitting up an AT&T Store next Friday anyway (it has to be through AT&T since I want to take advantage of the $200 trade-in for my iPhone 4).

EDIT: My 6+ now shows "Shipping Date: 11/09/14 - 11/27/14*"

Finally got my second email. Tried to order between 3 and 4 am EST. Got a reservation email at one point. My reservation number started with B401. AT&T. Finally got to place my order. Says delivery by 9/19. What a morning!!!:)

I'd imagine if you ordered before 3:20am CDT you're golden, and probably also golden shortly after that considering the amount of people on here who made reservations they aren't keeping or accidentally made just checking eligibility. Everyone make sure to post the time you got the reservation so that people will know if they have a shot at 9/19 shipping!

That's gonna be highly dependent on the model. Mine was 6+ Space Gray 128GB ATT at 12:45am PDT (2:45am CDT/3:45am EDT) and 6+ Space Gray 64GB ATT at 01:09am PDT (03:09am CDT/04:09am EDT) and both were already pushed back to 7-10 business days. I think 6+ AT&T and T-Mobile Contract-Free were probably the most popular models.

Have you been charged already? I haven't gotten the reservation email... But I've already been charged...
 
So i didn't pre-order, nor did i reserve it because of the error "We’re sorry, but this service is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

The nearest Apple store (it's an average mall-sized one) says that everything is unavailable for reserve and pick-up.
What are the chances that i'll get the 64GB iPhone 6 Plus space grey (unlocked) if i stand in the line?

Will there be any stock for that model that hasn't been pre-ordered or reserved?

same here, Reservation number starting with B401, Verizion, gold 64gb. Got 2nd email and was able to place order for delivery on 9/19. In CA they charge $76.41 as tax. so total is 475.41

Yeah, already completed the 64GB Space Gray and confirmation says delivers by Oct 1-6. Received my 2nd email at 8am. Both were B301. The 128GB, I'm just letting expire. I only ordered the 128GB because it was the only one that wasn't showing Currently Unavailable on the Apple Store app on my iPhone but eventually I was able to get the 64GB on Apple Store app iPad which was the model I really wanted.

Third email. Order is being processed. B101. Ordered around 3:45central on the app. Available to ship: 7- 10 business days. Delivers: Oct 1 - Oct 6 by Standard Shipping.
 
Sprint Framily Update

Changed my plan and Apple was able to recognize it. But while I was on the phone with sprint they told me that they were having server issues. So when I was trying to complete the reservation, I got "Apple can't reach the carrier" message.

When I did go to complete the order, it told me that I was still getting Sept 19th delivery.

At this point, I am willing to do anything. I'm going to try a few more times to get through with apple, if not, I'm going to try and call them.

I changed my plan to the myway plan and once I get a shipped notification for the phone I'm changing back to the Framily data share.

Hopefully this helps =/ I'm getting there.

I am now getting "Account Temporarily Unavailable" when I try to complete purchase. Hmm.

Going to get lunch and try again, if nothing happens I'll call Apple.

What date did it tell you when you were checking out?
Mines showing 9/19 shipping but im afraid it will go to Oct

Good point. Not sure why I didn't think about that before posting. I was just feeling so optimistic for everyone after I received the good news! Haha. And hopefully nothing with my shipping status changes. Although if Apple wants they can accidentally deliver it to my door a day early! I'll make sure to do a YouTube review.
 
I placed an order ATT and everything is good to go, but shipping date is estimated for 3 weeks

HOWEVER

i have a reservation with apple and thats all golden to receive it on the 19th...with the exception that i pay 649 dollars for the 64 gb 6+.... obviously i have a device reserved with apple, but not at the pricing i want...

anyone have a guess as to what i should do to ensure my reservation with apple?

I was under the impression you get charged with the order gets shipped.. And I tried preordering through Apple first.. And I got a reservation number, which at that particular time didn't know exactly what that meant. So, I decided to go to AT&T and the order went through.. Yet, its 21-28 days. And I'd rather just cancel that order.

Yet, when I go through checking Apple(DOT)com status for my reservation number.. I get session has timed out when I get almost completed with the order. But I've gotten charged for my order... yet I don't know who exactly is charging me.
 
B501 - ATT 6+ 64GB Grey.
First email - 4.28 AM CDT
Second email - 11.10 AM CDT.
Delivery by Oct 1-6...
Wish it was 9/19.
 
I got this page at first on the Iphone app but i kept trying after and got a 64gb Plus on my next attempt.

I've got my Reservation number for this as well as my real confirmation.

When I did my reservation for the 6+ Space Gray 64GB ATT though, it said Delivers by 9/19. That was at 1:09am PDT.

Ah, no, my credit card has not been charged yet (not even a hold). I have received the "Your order is being processed" email. I'm going with AT&T Next 12 so the charge is less than $80 anyway (sales tax). I've got 3 more lines to play with. All 3 lines are eligible for Next upgrades and 2 are eligible for full subsidy so I have the option of going to a retail store on Sept 19 and cancelling my pre-order. That said, I don't think I'd want to expend the effort to line up. Pre-order is easy (relatively speaking) since I was just in the comfort of my own bed. I'm not quite that willing to line up for hours just for a phone. :rolleyes:
 
I called AT&T about transferring my upgrade eligibility to the line that has the phone reserved, and they were trying to get me to transfer it on att website,

the problem with that is it's only recognized when you place an order on att website. :(
