Has anyone been able to get through the reservation system? I keep getting a "Apple can't connect to the Carrier Server"
Hi,
To everyone who ordered after getting the 2nd confirmation email to confirm your reservation, did the preorder date shown as 9/19 match when you checked out and confirmed your order?
I have an order already confirmed for delivery oct 1-7. But i have reservation confirmation email which shows 9/19. Im afraid if i cancel my first one and confirm the 2nd one to get it by 9/19 it might not show the same 9/19 date and worried it will get extended further?
Anyone faced similar situation. Pls help.

B301 - Got the reservation page for a 6+ 64GB Space Grey at about 4:45AM EST. Got the email to continue my order at 10:45AM, and received the processing email shortly after that. My card has the payment pending, but no confirmation email yet. Delivery is 9/19
did the preorder date shown as 9/19 match when you checked out and confirmed your order?
For me, no it did not. I was pushed back to 7-10 business days.

I received the 2nd email - but when I try and sign in by reservation number, I get the following error:
"Were sorry. We cant find your reservation. Please verify your information and try again."

Ah, no, my credit card has not been charged yet (not even a hold). I have received the "Your order is being processed" email. I'm going with AT&T Next 12 so the charge is less than $80 anyway (sales tax). I've got 3 more lines to play with. All 3 lines are eligible for Next upgrades and 2 are eligible for full subsidy so I have the option of going to a retail store on Sept 19 and cancelling my pre-order. That said, I don't think I'd want to expend the effort to line up. Pre-order is easy (relatively speaking) since I was just in the comfort of my own bed. I'm not quite that willing to line up for hours just for a phone.
I believe AT&T charged me. Yet.. I have 21-28 days to receive my order.. odd. And I wanted to verify the date before they actually decided to proceed with my order to determine if I indeed want to go through them.
I finally got through the reservation site for Apple and I was able to go through the process. But the number I planned on using wasn't able to be upgraded since it was using on the AT&T website. So, I guess.. I need to get in contact with AT&T.
Everything from the first email to the second email to the successfully ordered email all showed as 9/19 delivery for me.
I was concerned initially when I received the second email and proceeded to the second page asking if I wanted to purchase a case, etc. because it looked like it might have changed to a 2-3 week delivery, but when I continued it showed up as 9/19 delivery.
Thanks for your reply. then i think i dont want to risk cancelling my first order in greed of getting my order by 9/19 by confirming the 2nd reservation and getting delayed further.
So let me get this straight, when you follow the link in the second email and enter your details to see your order, it tells you ships 9/19 and then switches to 7-10 business days after checkout?
Good News for Reservation/Processing Order conflict
I was able to reserve an 64GB Gold iPhone 6+ this morning (3:11am EST), with a 9/19 delivery. I waited for the confirmation email, but didnt receive it in the time frame I expected it. Needless to say I was kind of freaking out. So, I tried to place another order, thinking that my "reservation" might have been an error and that I didn't actually have one. I succeeded in placing the order and now have the 7-10 day estimate.
At this point I have a reservation and a processing order for the same phone line. I was trying to figure out which transaction would trump the other. As I was researching this, I received the email to complete my confirmation (9/19). Unfortunately, I was no longer eligible for an upgrade because I already had an order processing. I called Apple, and had them cancel the order, thus resetting my eligibility. A few minutes later I confirmed my reservation and am set for delivery on 9/19.

Has anyone been able to change the color on the phone reserved? i see that it says available to ship sept 19. If that is still true, I'd like to get my phone this way (I was able to buy one after I'd reserved this but delivery is Oct).
When I was on the app, it wouldn't give me gold so I clicked silver. But if I can change this to silver and keep the 19th date, I'll try this. However I may have to buy it on my second line (that I wasn't going to upgrade at all) - can that phone number assignment be changed after I get the phone?

Lucky you. I'm confused whether to cancel my Ist order which has estimated date of oct 1 - 7. but i just got an email 2 hrs back to confirm my reservation which shows 9/19 delivery estimate but wouldn't allow to proceed further due to ist order confirmed on my phone. :-(
Surprisingly it did! Showed delivery 9/19 on everything so far (Verizon, if it matters). Processing email states 9/19, keeping my fingers crossed that it stays that way on my final confirmation email which I'm still waiting for.
I think I lucked out! I got reservation message around 12:45am PST and I got the email to complete the purchase. Surprisingly my iPhone 6+ 64gb space grey will be delivered 9/19! My reservation number was B201* btw.
