Haven't gotten mine yet. B201 here.
I'm in the same boat. Spent a while trying to get an order through, via both my iPhone and my iPad. Tried the Store App and regular online. Finally got a message that my phone was "Reserved".
I don't have a very good feeling about this "Reserved" status and sitting here watching the estimated shipping dates slip doesn't help at all.

2nd Reservation Email Arriving
It was B101. It still needed to verify the wireless plan, so no cc info had been submitted yet.

It doesn't help that every time I check it every 15-20 minutes, it will either work and say to wait for 2nd email, or it will say the reservation doesn't exist.. which throws me into a panic.
This last time it logged in and said "your session has expired. Continue to pre-order." I hope that didn't screw my reservation.

Do you recall how long it took to receive the second email?
Not sure if this is the answer, but I kept getting this too. I started filling out the form backwards, from the bottom up. I made sure to paste the confirmation number and hit submit quickly. So far that has worked.
Mine is back to "working" order again saying that the reservation is in tact and to wait for the 2nd email. Not logging in any more until I get that email.
(Who am I kidding.. I'll check in another hour.)

Bad news if you're in this with sprint and have the family plan. It won't work.
I got my 2nd email. Went to pay, got the apple does not support your plan blah blah blah.
Now what?
I'm wondering if I can call sprint and change my plan to something different for like a second, if apple will allow it to be eligible? I have until tmrw morning to pay and I do have it as a 19th delivery (hopefully)

I just got my second reservation email a few minutes ago (B101). Showed delivery date as 9/19 and the iPhone configuration I'd chosen at that time. It does let you edit the configuration, but when it takes you to the options, it shows you the current ship dates (4-6 weeks). Not sure if you can change the iPhone at that point, and didn't want to risk trying.
