No restocking fee?.............I bought my Note 8 from Verizon and it is currently covered under a 30 day return policy for some reason, any other smart phone you buy from them has a two week return policy...as does Best Buy, Walmart, Target, etc... Samsung offers a two week return policy bought directly from them, HTC has a 30 day return policy, etc...
So basically most other companies offer at least a two week return policy.
Straight up, every penny paid, paid back?
Okay, if that's the case I retract

Ohhh so the Chanel bag would work. It's a consumer product and I won't scratch it.It applies to consumer products in general but there are exceptions:
- You can't return hygienically questionable products (e.g. headphones if you've used them)
- Things like music or books where the main value lies in the intellectual property that you could've copied
- Custom made products
- If you've damaged the product. Unboxing it, trying it out, using it etc. is fine, but if you somehow put a scratch in it, it's your's for good
I'm okay with paying the piper if I do, but the idea that I can buy and wear it and return for full refund, no Qs ask...that's awesome.
But, iPhones returned at apple, I doubt they look super hard for scratches. As long as it's not an obvious one or a cracked screen you can return it.
So it's not 100% same. The answer you initially gave implied or at least had the absence of your now post.
