200 MB from Tmobile.

----------

I don't always have tmobile so sometimes i only use the 50 mb of roaming data

I'm grandfathered on "unlimited" AT&T. I reach my 5gb limit most months. I can get up to as high as 5.5gb before seeing the throttle. Luckily I'm no more than 4 days from the next cycle. I've been happy with AT&T data speeds especially while traveling. My phone has been a backup "hotspot" for my iPad at poor WiFi locations.

The shared 30gb double data plan AT&T has intrigued me, but it'll get me out of subsidy so 2 years would cost me about $500 more per line (I have 2 lines now with AT&T).

Less than 500MB/month. I don't stream on LTE, and I use WiFi at home. Apps and a small amount of web pages are all I use my phone for when I'm away from home.

I mean... I use a lot of data.. I thought.. lol. I only get 5GB of mobile tethering though. Wish it was unlimited. I don't like connecting to the school's wifi network in this room. It's unsecure and slow.

Holy crap that's a lot of texts.

I have quite a few Wi-Fi spots that I use when im on the move, at my community college I use Wi Fi there, at home I use Wi-Fi, at my cousins I use Wi-Fi and friends aswell.

i dont really ever go over 4-5 gigs in a month ever, but I do use tons of Wi Fi data lol like over 30GB in a month on Wi Fi but obviously there is no cap to that, unless you do have a data cap on your home internet connection, which would blow chunks.

Got in on the 2 year contract glitch last year so I'm excluded until October 2015! Haha! 😀

how do you know if your in this "exception" what contract glitch?

im still on unlimited data on VZW, my contract renewed just recently

5-10 gigs. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I'll be seeing a throttle soon from Verizon and it might dictate where I go next (T-Mobile in my sights due to true unlimited).

Currently 5-8GB on my Family 10GB Share plan, mostly me because I travel alot. Looking to go to 30GB to allow for streaming of more video on the road or when I want a new movie on my iPad, tether it to my 6Plus.

My wife and I share 2GB a month. I had an unlimited plan dating back to 2007. I have only gone over 1 GB once or twice as I'm mostly on wifi. My prior plan was costing me unnecessary money so I switched to a share plan and think it will work out much better.

Always, always, ALWAYS less than 2 GB.

That's my limit and I have never gone over.

If I get close I turn my data off.

I'm usually on my home or work wifi anyway so it's not really an issue.

And if everyone used 200+ GB per month, how fast do you think T-mobile would put the kibosh on it?

Then don't offer it. It's not really rocket science. If you're running a business and you're trying to sell a product, you better have the product. If you don't... how can you run a business? I'm paying for unlimited, so I can use how I want within reason. If I was abusing the service, then obvious I have nothing to say.

I still like how, mysteriously, data can be "not congested" when more money is involved.

I average between 4-5GB a month on my iPhone. I also have an iPad with cellular data that I use <1GB on.

I do a lot of driving and music streaming in the car, that's what eats up most of my data bucket.

The month before last i used 9GB on At&t unlimited. This was with normal use and no tethering. I was also throttled after 5GB which made the extra 4GB a living hell.

Who knows what T-Mobile would do? Short of being John Legere and sitting in on an engineering meeting, hopefully itʻs what theyʻve accounted for with their network. If high data usage is what theyʻre advertising to win customers, then good for them. T-Mobileʻs Uncarrier initiative has seriously shaken up the mobile phone industry.

I also have T-Mobileʻs unlimited data plan, and it is the only "truly" unlimited data plan offered by any carrier.

No throttling whatsoever. There have been months where Iʻve used 300 GB through streaming Netflix, downloads, and basically whatever else Iʻve wanted to use my phone for. Average speed 25-50 Mbps download.

Iʻd highly recommend T-Mobile if you have good coverage in your area. Itʻll change the way you use and think of your smartphone. With other carriers, I was always worrying about going over my data allotment, or being charged an overage fee. Not often, because I was careful, but still, budgeting my data was part of my usage experience. Not to mention the occasional throttling. Having T-Mobile has allowed me to leave on every setting that requires data and allows me to use my phone in a way that fully utilizes all its features.

lol, if we're comparing our hardline internet usage, my previous cycle sat at 4.5 TB.

3-5gb if I'm not on wifi. I use Tumblr, Reddit and Facebook a lot.

Now that I have wifi at work, though, it's dropped down to about 1.5 - 2 gb.
