Say what you want about Apple's recent inability to "double down," but I'm amazed at how well they've been able to keep their new products secret. We've seen plenty of part leaks on the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, but we've seen almost nothing on iPads or the Apple TV. There's more that we don't know about tomorrow's announcement than any other in recent memory.

The new iPads and Apple TV haven't started production yet so nothing can be leaked.

This is what I expect:
-----------------------

"Good morning."
"Thank you for coming."
"We have some incredible things to show you. Our teams have been working so hard.."
"It's been an amazing year for Apple."

Then, either an Apple Store opening video, or a milestone of Apps downloaded/number of Apps available/
amount of dollars paid to developers.

Watch - "our customers are loving it. here's a video.."
unveil new straps, & mention WatchOS 2 coming soon.. perhaps showing a key feature or two.

iPhone - graphs of market share, iOS share/latest version, maybe even a video
And then some clever spin to lead into the next iPhone, given the fairly incremental upgrades.
Perhaps it will focus on the camera, or perhaps on the display and loads of techy detail
on how 3D Force Touch works.
6S and 6S+ revealed and low-down on the specs, price and pre-orders date.

iPad - another video showing cool iPad users, such as pilots and dance instructors..
Mini iPad update. Reveal iPad Pro (probably with a different name). Stylus in artistic programs, and
a diary app for business users. Super expensive, but will look gorgeous!

Interlude - some non-Apple presentation.. perhaps a game developer showing a dull new game with
amazing graphics, or perhaps a drawing app developer showing cool artistic work with the stylus.
In an attempt to show that this new apple stylus is way better than any of the many other styluses
produced for the iPad already, and the other tablets on the market.

"We're not finished" or "One More Thing" (but that seems too cliched these days..)
Apple TV is an area of interest.. "we want to move it on" (to use Siri etc)
New Apple TV shown. Emphasis on its 'hub' role, and using Siri to control it...
with spotlight on gaming/apps, as well as showing TV channels. Available to buy tomorrow.

Total time: 2 hours, 10 minutes.

Yes. You are almost right, but you missed an important part:

iPhone - graphs of market share, iOS share version, "I would like to show you a movie", show the new iPhone, "we call it the iPhone 6S", I would like to ask Eddy to come on the stage...

iPad -.... I would like to ask Eddy to come on the stage...

Apple TV - I would like to ask Eddy to come on the stage...

Really looking forward to the new iPad Mini and the Apple TV should be a cool thing, even if I don't know if I need one when I have an Xbox One and Apple TV 3. Depending on what it's like, I'll consider ordering one.

you forgot the graph that shows how fraggggmented android is

It's not the power supply that would make it faster. It's the ability to actually put a proper heat sink on the processor to allow it to run at a higher clock and avoid throttling from continued performance/overheating.

Well yes, indeed.
Given the FAT size of the Apple TV box, in comparison to the 6mm ish of iPhones and Pad's
Not only would you have a LOT more power to draw from, but it's vastly easier to dissipate heat via some metal heatsinks inside the device.
Still be cool against Intel and AMD chips, but has vastly more potential than crammed into a 6mm case.

Lets hope we are blown away tomorrow.
I'm looking forward to something really good.

I'm thinking that it will be the most amazing (or incredible) iPhone ever!.

You are a genius!

USB 3.1 type-C (reversible) for all iOS devices and Macs, besides Thunderbolt 3 for the latter.

Just because I was bored, I counted the number of posts in this thread (withoug quotes) containing the following keyword.

iPhone: 23
iPad: 22
Apple TV: 16
Apple Watch/OS: 11
iOS: 11
Apple Music: 3
Apple Pay: 3

Is there some insight? Maybe. I am bored. Go to sleep now. It's 0:50

I'd like to see aluminum (aluminium?) abandoned. Tired of the need to wrap a nice looking and expensive machine in cheap plastic to protect from dings while on the go.
Well at this point they can't go backwards, otherwise the Apple faithful will come out screaming. What they could do (but won't) is design some areas around the phone that fingers could actually grip to protect the phone from slipping out of people's hands.

So the next iPhone will have 2GB of RAM, sure, that's nice, but the iPad Pro also has only 2GB of RAM, and is supposed to do real work for professional content creators?

Out and about, I'm not hearing as much buzz about this event compared to prior years.

Rumors suggest that there's lots of little upgrades on the various products, but when one filters out Apples typical exaggerated hype... there might not be all that much to get the general public enthused. Certainly not excited enough for and revved up enough to buy new products to replace what they have that's working just fine.

Time will tell. :D

I hope we get a better user interface for AW.

This is how I would like it to work

1) Double tap the display
2) AW shows me a quadrant, where I can select an app, a glance or a category
3) If I tap a category I get a new quadrant where I can do the same selection again.

If I force tap, I can change apps/categories.

This would allow me to select my favorite apps within a second. It's much easier/faster than the digital crown for app selection or swiping the glances.I also like to use the digital crown for song selection, similar to the wheel on an iPod.

I also hope for audio book and pod cast support.

They will probably have a separate event for ipad. Iphone, Apple tv, and ios updates is what I'm expecting.

Then in the second event, ipad updates and osx Mac updates.

I still think the new Apple tv will will have some sort of new input device focused on gaming to make the Apple tv an actual alternative to transitional consoles, with games coming through app store.

I hope Gruber is wrong and they do show us the new iPad's.........but man are they unveiling a ton in one keynote if we see them.

Does 'early' (2016) now most likely mean March for Macbook Pro releases?
Gutted at the lack of prospects for a new macbook pro in 2015.
