I've completed my 5th day workout ring so I'm moving in the right direction. Tomorrow will be tough though as I have to go to work early. I'm not a natural runner but cross training first thing then a lunchtime walk and another in the evening is pretty good for me. Like most people sat at a desk for too many hours is my biggest issue.
